My visit to this office is unpleasant. Not only is the place in horrible condition ceiling tiles from water damage are all over the ceiling. I took my husband there for the first time for consultation. We were on time for his appointment, still waiting for an hour to be seen. Then when the nurse called us up going to the X-ray room, I thought I was in a horror movie seeing the room was horrified. The x-ray table is filt, the machine is rusty. After the x-ray was done, he took us back to the doctor's examination room and waited another 30 minutes because they did not have the proper records that could have been done before we got there.   I would not recommend this place to anyone until they fix the place to be more presentable and cleaner.

Don’t come here! Spend your time going to ANY other Dr. XRay machine was probably about 60+ years old. Trashy equipment, trashy office, and Steven the DR was rude. Clearly has no understanding of social Qs and has no manners. Left me still injured, no diagnosis, no treatment plan. I would have gotten better treatment from anywhere else. Seriously I deserve and almost demand a refund for this B.S. service. I will be filing a complaint as well as BBB. Your family deserves better. Go elsewhere. Look at my reviews. 100+. I’m a real guy telling you DONT GO HERE!!

I'm very impressed with the services of Dr. Goodwiller's Office, he is seeing me for multiple injuries. He is right to the point. I really like his nurse Austin and the office girls have really put up with me with good customer service. He performed The Mako Robotic Knee Replacement in April of 2021 on my left knee. I couldn't walk put any pressure on my left knee without screaming. My left knee has no more pain and the range of movement is great...now to get all my other aliments fixed. Thanks Dr. Goodwiller!

In all honesty, the staff is unprofessional, confrontational, and disrespectful. The lack of care, urgency, respect, and networking support for Veterans is truly disheartening. They would rather send you to a P.T physician they are fully aware is not within your network simply because of the “back door agreements” they have with that particular provider. Meanwhile they refuse to give you referrals to P.T physicians that are actually within your insurance network. They are more concerned about overcharging you and your insurance company to benefit themselves, instead of aiding you in your recovery journey. The biggest waste of my money for the lack of medical attention, treatment, and care I received. The facility itself should be reviewed for local “code” compliance because the lack of sanitation is horrid, and the roof falling apart within the back hallway, near radiology which is truly unsafe. keep in mind this was well over a year after the unfortunate occurrence of hurricane Michael I have never been so dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would without a doubt. Please do yourself a favor and don’t entrust them with your care, there are professionals out there who will invest everything they can wholeheartedly into your recovery. Don’t settle for this mediocrity.

Whatever you do. Don't come to this doctor! 2 hour delays in waiting room! Spends 5 minutes with you. I'm not sure he knows what he's doing either! ER @ Gulf Coast set me up with him after knee injury. I have had 5 appointments with him and I leave more frustrated than when I arrived.

My appointment with Dr. Goodwiller went really well! He was so patient, listen to me, answered my questions, and was very caring. That is hard to find now a days. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. This is something that most doctors don't do. Many doctors just get you in and get you out. It was a great experience all around. I was so impressed. Even the Ladies at the front desk were so delightful and sweet. All the staff members were so patient and kind. The gentleman who did my X-ray was so patient and caring. I would recommend him to anyone. I actually already have. Dr. Goodwillers name matches him perfectly...all about the good will and health of others. I had an awesome experience! Great Doctor and a nice clean facility with caring and attentive staff. The doctor and the office has been very busy since hurricane Michael because he has taken over patients from other facilities that have left town. Please have patience. He will provide you the same great service and care that he is providing to everyone in front of you. I cannot recommend him enough.

I love that he's in an office by himself. I do not want to see NP's or PA's, I want to see my doc! He's done a knee replacement and both thumb joint surgeries, I was eaten up with OA. I feel better than I have in years, and I love his staff, too

Dr. Goodwiller’s office is one of the few in the area where a phone call is answered by a person and an appointment can easily be scheduled. My wife and I are both pleased by the quality care provided by Dr. Goodwiller.

This is the worst Dr. Office in the world. The Lady's at the front desk are lazy and not professional. I do not recommend this place for anyone if they want good care especially if you're African American. They look at you like black people don't belong in the office. You sit in the back room for lease and hour before anyone comes to see you. Plus I have noticed that the black patience doors get close and the white patience doors stay open pretty much hiding the black patience.
