I've been in here many times only once at the new location and have never been able to get anything I need for my grill. "Back-ordered.", "We don't carry that.", and "No one uses that anymore." All bull. It's unfortunate because they have a great selection of grills, accessories and smoking wood that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Prices are about the same what you'd find in other stores. That'll be my last time in here.
Dave and Armand were super helpful and knowledgeable. Got replacement parts for my Turbo Grill BBQ and wonderful pricing. Thank you both.
Worked with David today. Super friendly guy, not pushy but showed me all the options and directed me in all the right directions. As for what I got: Green Mountain Grill, 4 bags of pellets, a grill brush, and a 4 piece grill set. I would also like to mention I was greeted when I walked in with a friendly smile even though that associate was assisting another client. 6/5 stars!
I came in the store and was greeted by at least 3 nice gentlemen! I simply needed batteries for my husbands grill, which David helped me find. I took a look around, having never been a BBQ store before. Think we might have to try the Green Egg when we need a new grill in the future. Why the 5 Star rating, sincere friendly help, tons of knowledge, and no pressure! I left feeling happy and with my batteries! Thank you!! PS. I mean, I was told” I needed “ batteries to get my grill grillin’ again, I bought those at CVS!
This BBQ Galore had everything my wife and I needed. John worked with us and provided an incredible amount of information for our Big Green Egg that we purchased. Great store, great service, great experience.
If you expect decent service after the sale such as replacement parts do not bother to go to this store. I purchased one of their grills several years back and needed a simple replacement part. The sales guy seemed uninterested in helping me. Although I know that the part was available he wouldn't even bother trying to order it. It was an electronic igniter for a brand of grill that they carry Capn Cook. } I was able to easily order the part online even though the guy said they couldn't order the part. Stay away from this store.
The guys over at Barbeques Galore provided amazing customer service. Eggscellent product. John was very knowledgeable and helped me get up to speed on how to get the best use out of my smoker. Totally transformed my bbq game. Seriously... a religious experience.
I go here with all of my bbq’ing needs and questions. I could talk to David for hours about proper bbq’ing. He’s a fountain of knowledge! We also bought a built in twin eagle from david and couldn’t be more happy with it. All the guys at the shop are extremely helpful and happy to help.
The manager John initially assisted me then started to help someome else in the middle When I spoke up he shrugged me off. After the the patron left, never saw John again. Had to get assistamce from another salesman. Never go there again.
Love these guys! I usually call ahead and they are always ready with a fresh tank of propane ? to swap out and always offer to put in in my car for me. Fast & Friendly service.
