Great customer service! Kyle was extremely helpful in figuring out what size jacket I needed. He was super patient and as I tried on multiple jackets and expertly explained the differences in jacket styles. I ended up leaving with an awesome jacket that will last a lifetime.

Store staff were very helpful with a minor stitching repair. Jacket was almost brand new but bought from a vender in the UK. Regardless they sent it to get repaired free of charge. It was ready very quickly -less than 10 days I think.

Went in to repair a jacket I’ve had for over 8 years. Staff was condescending and pushy, claiming it needed repairs where it didn’t. It felt like they were trying to rip me off. I’ve been to the NYC location to get this same jacket repaired 3 or 4 times. Always a pleasant experience there. I’d rather burn my coat than give business to the Philly store.

This was a great experience!! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive in a non pushy way. The store is well stocked and immaculate in appearance. Do yourself the favor and invest in the this brand it very well may last a lifetime if properly cared for !!!
