We believe organic food is an important part of a healthy diet. No point in drinking pesticides! On occasion we source from local Pennsylvania farms which are too small to afford the costly process of becoming certified organic. In these cases we work closely with our vendors to understand the pest control methods used so that we can ensure their crops are up to our standards. When using local IPM produce we will note this on the bottle label.
COLD PRESSED
All of our juices are cold pressed which means they are produced on a machine that uses hydraulic pressure to completely extract the natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements. This imparts to the juice an extremely fine quality and flavor which is unequaled by any other method of juice extraction.
GLASS BOTTLES
Glass bottles have a lower environmental impact, retain better flavor and of course are BPA free!
RAW AND ALL NATURAL
Our juices have a 3 day shelf life because we do not pasteurize them in any way, not even HPP (High Pressure Pasteurization). We ADD NOTHING to our juices, NO sweeteners, NO preservatives, just the natural goodness of cold pressed fruits, vegetables and herbs!
