Report them directly to Visa and MasterCard processing networks as they are not permitted to do so per their contract with both companies. Don’t accept this nonsense. Report them and then shop elsewhere while you’re serving on jury duty. Reporting merchants uses a very simple online form, and takes only 30 seconds.
