Bought a lot of furniture over the years. My last supposed Lazy Boy is junk. I complained in person, was told to remove back and fluff cushion. Talked to them on the phone. Sent photos. Totally ignored. Sad there are dishonest people in China Grove.

I bought numerous rooms of furniture years ago from Bill Bare and his dad. My goodness how things have changed!! Bill and his dad would have never treated their customers the way the young lady I spoke with treated me. Guess they are no longer interested in your business. Such a shame for this family business.

We loved loved loved the prices and the service. Originally purchased an accent chair and an ottoman. Now own a sectional, dining room table set and a few additional pieces. Great quality and super star customer service!

Customer service not helpful. Limited stock. Visited the week before Christmas. Person at the counter barely spoke or looked up. We looked around and went to Concord and spent $1600.

Great experience. Ordered a lazyboy sectional from Bare. They where very helpful, friendly and timely. It took a while to receive from the manufacturer due to covid, nothing they could control. When it arrived they delivered it the next day. They delivery team set it up and was in and out, nice and clean!

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had at Bare Furniture. I went to look for dining room chairs to use with a walnut dining room table my husband built. I looked at the lovely dining room furniture, but did not see the color and style I had in mind. They took the time to help me look through catalogs. After quite a bit of searching, we found exactly what I had in mind. They were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. The customer service was exemplary. I would highly recommend shopping at Bare Furniture.

My husband and I went to look for Lazy Boy Recliners . Nik helped us and he was wonderful !! He is so knowledgeable about the furniture they carry and helped us match the colors of the recliners with the furniture we already had in our den. Their prices were very reasonable and actually better than the prices we had seen when shopping online. He is an excellent salesman and knows his product line well !! We would highly recommend shopping at Bare Furniture ... it is nice to support a locally owned family business !

WARNING: If you are looking for CHEAP Chinese junk don't go there! We bought our second Lazy boy MADE IN THE USA living room suit here on Saturday after wearing out the first one in 15 years. This is a small family owned and operated business with high quality furniture and accessories. Excellent no pressure customer service. Oh, and we got our suit for a little more than half the exact same one at the Lazy boy big box competitor.

Nice store. Hometown welcoming atmosphere. Very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return. Worth check out when you're furniture shopping!!
