What is the point of having a home improvement store that is closed on Saturdays at 5 and not at all on Sundays when people work all week and work on their homes on the weekend???!!
I'm thankful we have Home Outlet so we get more than one store to choose from in the area. The customer service is great. Shout out to Lisa for always being spot on & five star on the customer service. The prices are good and I've picked up grout, tile, a sink, granite counter top, etc. I like it smaller than the other store as it's more personal. Keep up the good work!
We are new to the area and we’re in desperate need of help on several projects as we update our lake house. We walked into the store in October and Lisa immediately offered to help us. She has since been over the top helpful with design ideas and purchasing recommendations for our projects. She has a great work ethic and customer service attitude and her design skills are amazing!! We will continue to work with Lisa for all our renovations!!
Your internet for Ollie's in Lakewood says open from 9_6pm today. Your nasty employee got smart were not open. Need better people with attitude in dealing with public. I'll be going to Warren or Dunkirk to Ollie's in stead of Lakewood..

It Was the place to go. Prices up 50% from 2020 so others now competitive pricing. Shop around ! they jumped on the greed wagon like so many. Cabinet prices up 50% from 2020
Alot of household items cheap.. stuff like sinks, tubs, showers, cabinets, counter tops, doors and windows. If u are building or remodeling you can't afford not to at least take a look. I know that I saved thousands
Great prices and working with Lisa was and is a pleasure. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but always goes above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service.
