I absolutely love The Barn Loft! The employees are so very nice and friendly! There are three employees that are exceptional. Their names are Nancy, Steven. and Becca. I shop their garden area a lot, because the plants are healthy and well priced! Great place to shop and browse!
First time here. It is a really nice place that is family owned and operated and they seem to be very well stocked so if you need bird seed or animal feed or any type of farm and garden things be sure to stop in. Saddles and horse equipment too.
I’ve been a customer of this shop for about 4 years now and never had an issue until this past year. A couple of months ago I bought a 25 lbs bag of chicken scratch, it was infested with weevils. I thought it may have just been a mistake and that it wouldn’t happen again. I got another 25lbs bag of chicken scratch and a 25lbs bag of laying crumble this week and opened it when I got home. Immediately, I noticed it was infested with weevils as they started crawling to the top of the bag before I could dump it out. I opened the laying crumble as well, it smelt horrible I’ve been raising chickens for 6+ years now and I have been using this product the entire time, IT DID NOT SMELL RIGHT. I checked the dates on both bags and found out that they were both more than a year out of date. I taped them up and took them up to the store to exchange them, they did so happily and I asked that they would be fresh bags this time. Yet again, when I got home the scratch was infested and the crumbles smelt awful, and both bags were out of date. I took them back up to the store again that day and asked for a full return, I told the employee at the counter her name was Sydney that the feed did not smell right, there were still weevils, and the bags were out of date and that I wanted a return. She tried to tell me that the crumbles should smell like they did, and I explained that I had been buying the product for years and knew what it should smell like and she argued with me about it. She continued to try to tell me the bags weren’t out of date as well, even though when she looked for the date on the bags she couldn’t even find it. She continued trying to get me to take the feed they had given me home, but I told her I had already ordered elsewhere and that I wanted my money back. In recap, I will not be buying from this store again because of the rudeness of the employees, and the poor product. feed bags are listed with a warning to not feed to your animals if it is bug or rodent infested, or has an abnormal odor, AS THIS CAN LEAD TO ILLNESS OR DEATH
Great staff. They treat you with dignity and respect, friendly and knowledgeable of all your needs also if you have questions They guide you on what to do...... I love westerns and the store puts me in the mind of general Storrs in the westerns. I go for all my dog's needs and medicine
Owner run local barn supply. The owner was able to answer any questions. We found everything we needed and as always, more. Prices are comparable to big box with the extra service. This is my local Southern States supplier and damn it that's what my goats like. I'll be back every two weeks.
Awesome garden plants and seeds, and pretty much everything to go along with them. A great assortment of farm supplies and knowledgeable employees that are always ready to help or just answer your questions.
While I am not usually in the market for Western wear or cowboy stuff, I happened by the store earlier this year while looking for a belt to go with an antique buckle as a gift for a friend. I was shocked and surprised at the wide selection, and I found exactly what I needed at a fair price. Note: genuine leather goods are at a premium now, not like the pioneer days.$$$ The lady working the store that day was very sweet, pretty, and extremely helpful, even though I was clearly not their usual clientele. Would definitely be back!
Knowledgeable staff, everyone was as friendly as could be. Stock is laid out and organized so it's easy to look through and find what you're looking for. It's a nice change to go into some place like this after buying shoes at one of the box box stores.
I go here for feed. They are cheaper than other places and always have it ready when I get there and bring it to my car for me!
Very pretty sometimes smells very strong but cute clothes boots hats and everything in between. Boots are also slightly cheaper here. Just wish I had enough money for everything haha. Also if you're scared of mannequins like me. There's two so be careful or they might karate chop you
