The bartender customer service skills were exceptional, she was nice, the food came out quickly, the ambiance was good.

I enjoy myself everytime I'm there. Great music, love the meals especially the grilled chicken breasts and the bartender Debra is very pleasant and socialable.

Every time I come here my experience is different. I always order the steak which is always good. Sometimes my waiter is great; sometimes not so great. I usually have to have two or more drinks to catch a buzz. The $10 pitchers usually don’t have enough alcohol.

We were greeted promptly after arriving & brought water & menus at 8:20pm. The waitress came back at 8:31pm to take our drink order of 2 cocktails & a beer. The service went downhill afterwards. The waitress disappeared & finally came in view at 8:49pm. We called her to ask for our drinks & she brought the beer only. We finally got cocktails at 9:05pm, when we had decided to leave. We told her to cash us out & cancel food order & she then disappeared again. We just left what we thought we owed on table and departed. Poor Poor service. We will never return.

The server was nice but she forgot to put my order in. She came back to the table and admitted her mistake. I waited 45 minutes for my food. Then I had to remind her about to bring my drink. Oh but she didnt forget to add the automatic 18% gratuity. The staff had uncensored hip hop music playing loudly. I didn't want a club environment with every other word being profanity. The place is supposed to close and reopen with new owners soon. I hope they do a better job of establishing a good restaurant

The food was great and the Bob Marley drink was delicious! The problem is the atmosphere. It was dark and seemed like it was closed. Didn't feel safe. The servers didn't present themselves professionally at all. Management should require more and have higher standards for their front of the restaurant staff. It also does not resemble any Barnacles I have ever been to.

This place is the worst, wings were cold, and the meat is not good! Bad service, our food was 1hr later than our group. Were told they would take off the wings by the manager. Then at the end she said no! Horrible all the way around! DON'T eat here if u want to have a good experience! Then my family asked multiple times for their 31 cent change. Then when they finally brought it. They brought 31 Penny's! What in the world is this place doing!?

I came here to experience the great food i had heard about. Me and and my boyfriend walked in and there was no hostess at the front . We proceeded to seat ourselves near the bar . We sat there for about 20 minutes and not one server spoke to us, brought us waters, asked if we were okay, none of them said anything at all. I had to ask another server who’s section we were sitting in so that we could get service. She went to get our server who came around and dropped 2 menus on the table and said “here you go” and walked off, at that point me and my boyfriend deliberated whether we wanted to eat there and we ended up leaving. I understand it was a Friday evening but the place could be managed a lot better. No water or menus in the first 10 minutes of sitting down ? That’s ridiculous

Me and a girlfriend went tonight for first time to watch Falcon and Gaints game. Service and Food is Horrible!!!! Took 45 minutes to get drinks and wings. $10 drink was weak and wings were cooked in old grease very old grease they were horrible. The waitresses are horrible. They automatically add a tip to your bill the reason why they don't care about service because they still getting a tip regardless. Management really need to do better and get more wait staff and properly train them. Place has a lot of potential with the right management. I will not be returning my first and last time. Service was that bad.
