I just want to share a very bad experience with this office from beginning to the end , this office I believe one of the worst office in South Florida. I would not recommend anybody to come to this office very unprofessional and I think this is scammers people please do favour for yourself do not come to this office Try to find some different places because you’re going to be very very upset,even when you have insurance, they will bill you with some kind of unexpectable payments. Before you visiting this office, they will tell you your insurance will cover your visit, but at the end you will receive very very horrible bill. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I wish I can give them zero stars also are not going to see any doctor it will be unprofessional nurses. .
UPDATED - In the beginning I would say Dr. Barnett was great - until she used a laser on too high of a setting and caused a scar I STILL HAVE on the left side of my eye. She admitted it and said she was sorry and it would heal. I trusted her so I waited. It's been years and I still have the scar. I could have sued her but because of the relationship and the fact she said it would get better I didn't. To add insult to injury, they billed me and reported it to my credit report for $50. It is the only thing on my credit report negative. I left several messages with their business office and they wouldn't write it off. I paid it and it's STILL on my credit report. Maybe Dr. Barnett herself will read these and get your people to remove what appears to be a $50 collections that you all know I paid off my credit report. "Nina if you paid your bill and there is some misunderstanding please ask for the office manager so we can resolve this immediately." To assume positive intent, perhaps you missed the part above where I said that I contacted your office staff several times. It's pretty upsetting that you didn't look to see if you show I paid and then have your office manager contact me.
I should have looked at others reviews before going there. As others have written before, Dr. Barnett was very rude, tempered, unprofessional. Never going back. I had pretty much the same experience that Erick Graff described on review below. Certainly, Dr. Barnett mocked my English and I agree she is not immigrant friendly at all. Barely let me finish my sentences. Called me dramatic and liar. I work in one of the main Boca Hospitals and I was recommending her to at least 3 patients weekly, but I will never recommend her again. Stay away from this office. Everyone deserves better.
Dr. Barnett was able to do what other dermatologists were not able to help me with! I have keloids which are raised dark scars and was unable to get them flattened by other doctors. A few other family members of mine have the same issue and she was able to help them as well. She is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. My appointments with her always ran smooth and on time. Definitely happy with my end results!
I was extremely disappointed at how Dr. Barnett treated me at my last appointment. I had made the appointment in advance and came to her office on time on the day of my visit in anticipation that she would resolve my issue. At the time of the appointment, her waiting area was empty as I was the only one there so I figured it wouldn't take long for the doctor to see me. However, the second I was taken into the Dr.'s office, she came into the room all disheveled and with an attitude, and asked me what I was there for. When I explained, she immediately announced that she wouldn't be able to help me because "she was too busy that day and that I had to reschedule". I had waited for this appointment for a long time. Also, this was my second time coming in to see the doctor for the same issue, as the first time I came she told me that "nothing should be done about it" when in reality it was infected and needed to be extracted. The second time when she told me to go home, I thought she was joking but after she gave me a glaring, uncomfortable stare, I realized she was being serious. She was rude, condescending, and outright mean! No matter how nice I was trying to be with her, she looked angry that I came for my appointment and was upset when I asked her if she could apply my co-payment for that day's visit to a future appointment since she refused to treat me that day and she became livid, and I actually realized she was not a nice person at all. That is not the way medical professionals should treat any patient, especially since I had made my appointment way in advance. My best advise is to stay clear of this office. There are much better, even tempered medical professionals out there. No one should be refused care when one has an appointment scheduled months in advance. No excuse for such poor patient treatment!

Dr. Barnett had apologized for having "overdone" her word the Botox at my brow that caused my eyelids not to open enough to see as ordinarily let alone to be able to apply eye makeup to my lids or lashes and had excused her repeatedly interrupting my laser hair removal session. But during that second session, the aesthetician performing it, Mandy, determined that the procedure isn't "taking" anyway. I'd had successful laser hair removal elsewhere in that body region in Manhattan in the aughts. And after Dr. Barnett's intrusion had added insult to injury, Mandy stated in front of Katie reception/Debbie checkout that Dr. Barnett's husband will refund my credit card for the entire prepaid package of sessions when he gets into the office. He's the only one who can, she explained, which Shauntey nurse affirmed. By day's end, as Mandy further assured. In full, back to your card, she reiterated. Famous last words, as despite my persistence in following up directly with the office and Brittany in remote billing, I still have not been refunded. I regret choosing Dr. Barnett because she looked good on paper CV; Castle Connolly. She has the pedigree, and a following "all" of Montoya Circle, but didn't display the level of skill, patient care, and decorum that I believe a professional with her background should. That her office cannot be taken at its word is most unsetlling.
Dr. Barnett’s office is 5 stars and beyond…always consistent, professional, friendly and caring across the board. The front office is wonderful and I’m so grateful for Dr. Sarah Wasser especially. Not only has she helped tremendously with the healing of a stubborn lip scar from a biopsy, but she remembers personal patient details and takes the time to really talk with you which is all too rare in our modern fast paced medical world. Thank you to the kind and hardworking team here who show A+ well rounded care IS possible!
Such thorough service! I couldn’t be happier each time I have an appointment with Dr. Barnett. I’ve gone to her for many years and will continue to do so. The whole office staff is talented at their jobs and so helpful. Such a great doctor surrounded by a great team. Thank you!
I've been coming to this office for the past 3 years and I enjoy coming here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I've been seeing Sarah and she's great, she takes good care of my skin and gives great advice! I definitely recommend this office.
