I’m out of town from Florida, I walked in the establishment myself and a family member with a big smile asked the receptionist “Hi, how are you” we both got a dead stare from her. her response was “YES” I instantly walked out will go spend my hard earn BLACK African American money somewhere else.
Overall the experience was positive. Entering into the lease, payments, and access to the facility/unit was extremely easy. The unit was clean and secure. I leased the unit for 3 months and everything was good until the last two weeks and everything got covered with mold. There was no evidence of leaking from the ceiling or walls in my unit which leaves me to believe that the water came through on the floor from another unit. Extreme weather may have played into it more than the facility. I would try Barr storage again if in the need of a unit.
Like the ability to access our 5th wheel. Like that there is a dump station there but may need to be checked more often as a few times we went it was over flowing. Campers are parked a bit close that you are unable to access your camper if need be. You'd have to pull it out. But, the Customer Service is great and feel very comfortable storing our camper there.

We used the Barr storage containers for our recent move, and it was fantastic. Kelly is very responsive, and had our containers dropped of and picked up so quickly when we were ready, our belongings were delivered in perfect condition to our new home. I would highly recommend.
Barr Warehousing is a great storage facility. I have been renting multiple units for four years now. Kathy is a great person to work with - she provides excellent customer service! She's always willing to help with my needs to ensure a positive experience for me. I'm grateful! The units are amazingly clean and secure. I feel comfortable there at anytime and I rest easy knowing my belongings are safe. I'm so glad I found Barr!
I had my stuff stored here for about a year. The staff were very polite and easy to work with, and the facility was always very clean. The only issue I had was temporarily not being able to access my unit because the door was frozen to the ground, but that was during extreme winter weather and absolutely not the fault of the company. The unit did get a bit of water inside when that ice melted, but not a big deal for us. Overall this was a great company to work with and we would rent with them again in the future.
I chose climate controlled storage. The storage unit is very clean, the doors roll very easily, and the temperature is at a reasonable setting. It's great to unload indoors and the carts are substantial! Kelly was efficient and friendly and made the whole process easy. Plus the prices are reasonable!
I have had a climate-controlled storage unit at Barr for three years. My family and I don't live in the US currently but communication with Barr staff has always been easy and responses prompt. They are also very understanding and friendly, which I greatly appreciate. As for the unit and grounds, everything is clean and well-maintained and security is tight. I did a great deal of research about other storage units in the area and visited quite a few before deciding on Barr. I chose Barr because they have the best facilities available, a great staff and offer the best value for money to be found in the Oshkosh area.
Well I keep coming back. Your staff has always helped me get a unit that fits my needs. The units I have rented from you in the past have always been clean and in good working order. I mainly deal with Kathy and she has been professional and makes it easy to do business with you.
