I’ve have been renting here for over a year. I have found Luke and Libby to be nothing less than professional. They are up front and the contract is typical. This is a business and is run well which we appreciate even though a few things we didn’t like however, it was per contract and basically our problem if we didn’t like it because we agreed to the terms. I thought the pricing was a little high even if you signed on for 6 months it still $65 a month. The units are clean and dry, they do get rodents I've heard but haven't had this issue myself. I put moth ball packs on the floor in the unit I rented.

I have been using this company off and on for several years. My most recent rental was for almost a year. I was solicited by the owner to move to a new location which was recently opened on the boarder of menasha. He told me the transfer would not require anything accept a new lease and the difference in pay because I moved to a larger unit. Shortly after getting it I no longer needed the unit and was charged a new unit cancellation fee of a full month. Very misleading. Make sure you know what you get with the owner. He may not be able to “help” you as he says.

I called them at 9pm on a Saturday night thinking I’d hit a voicemail. Instead talked to a very friendly informed guy that got it set up for me to rent the next day. So very great service.

Excellent! The person I talked to was great!He showed us where our unit was made sure our keys worked and the best part was he did not pressure us.
