Barre 3 Montgomery has the best full body workout for young and old like me. Not only is the workout amazing, the Barre 3 community is fun and all-inclusive. Everyone is easy to talk to and there is no pressure to be like anyone but yourself. I love it!

Love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and the various workouts are incredible. The teachers are mindful of the student's pace and offer modifications something I really appreciate. They also do a wonderful cool-down at the end of the classes, focusing on stretching, breathing, and relaxing. If you're a parent with littles, they offer classes with childcare I think these are inside normal working hours, so that might be tricky and live stream classes as well. Last but not least, they offer special interest classes throughout the year to keep the community engaged. 5 stars all around; check it out!

I joined Barre3 Montgomery last year after having my baby to help gain back strength and muscle that I lost during pregnancy. I love the studio and classes so much. I feel so strong and healthy mentally and physically. The instructors are so great and I love bringing my baby to the play lounge while I workout!

I've been going to Barre3 regularly for a few months now and absolutely love it. This is the first place that I've found that I have gotten myself to continue to go to regularly without dreading the idea of going to work out. Everyone at the studio is super welcoming and I have loved experiencing all the new types of classes they are offering!

I am new to group exercise classes, but decided to try barre3 in an effort to add some variety to my routine. I am so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone to try it! Immediately after the first workout, I felt physically and mentally refreshed. I am still trying to build up a regular workout routine, but I plan on including classes here as part of it. The instructors are awesome as well - super friendly, motivating during workouts, yet inclusive of modifications you may need to make for yourself.

Love Barre3! The classes are just challenging enough but not so much that you feel intimidated. The instructors are so encouraging, and taking that 1 hour for myself has been so good for my mental and physical health. I especially love Sarah's classes! Highly recommend!

It’s been a lot of fun to take classes at Barre3. They are challenging, but doable. It’s a friendly environment and a great place to workout. Also, it’s not overcrowded and you have some space to yourself.

Barre3 is the most fun workout I’ve done in a long time! Everyone at this studio is welcoming and so kind! I wish I had started sooner. Several of my friends have come with me and also enjoyed the classes.

I went for the first time today and the front desk woman and the barre instructor were so friendly! I also really appreciated that the instructor gave me modifications since I’m pregnant. I really enjoyed going here and would like to come more often.

I love the environment of positivity at Barre3! I can walk in feeling stressed, less than, or overwhelmed and leave feeling so much better mentally and physically. The playlists are always amazing, and the on-site childcare is an invaluable perk!
