Prior to real estate Barrie worked in the competitive garment industry doing product development for kids clothing companies.
A Southern California native, she has enjoyed living in Long Beach since 1994.

She and her husband have 2 teenagers that keep the household constantly on the go.
As an involved parent of school age kids, Barrie stays well versed in all Long Beach schools.
Barrie also serves on the Board of both Millikan PTSA and Millikan Football .
