Barron’s has done great work for me every time I’ve had my car there various repairs over the years. They are prompt and courteous when you speak to them. They send a detailed report on your car to you so you can read their findings and approve/decline services that may be necessary which is very nice for those of us who are busy and not hanging around the shop!! They always follow up to make sure I’m happy with the service and they have always been very personable when interacting.

Barron’s Auto is a great shop! I had my brakes done, and from beginning to end the customer service was wonderful. They communicated with me every step of the way and completed the repair in a very timely manner and their rates are reasonable. I recommend this business!

Dealing with an older truck, I could not find anyone that was willing to so much as touch it. After bringing it to Barrons, I was thrilled that they were so open to taking on the job. They gave me a free estimate, and included pictures and descriptions of what they had found. I tell everyone I know to go here for car troubles because I trust them so much!

As a young female I always feel skeptical of going to mechanics and things but I never felt like they were taking advantage of me or anything and everyone was super kind and responsive! The two guys at the front desk were so kind and fun to talk to ! Thank you :

College girls Beware!! My wife brought her car in for a service required light. She is only 24. They told her that the front brakes needed to be replaced and quoted $583 for a full brake swap from “glazing”. We JUST had the front brakes changed 4 months before this, Rotors and Pads! They still look and work great and have no noise or vibrations. In the quote description, they even said “good pad life” but still wanted to get as much money as possible by doing unneeded work! Btw, rotors can also be cleaned if they get glazed over. They also quoted &gt;$120 to change a $30 serpentine belt that doesn’t need changing after further inspection. This involves putting slack on the tensioner pulley and slipping the belt off. It is just about as simple as putting a hair tie in your hair, especially on a 2003 Accord. All in, her quoted bill was $927 which would have included an $83 oil change. We have used Barron’s multiple times before “with both of us stepping inside” and never have had this issue. Idk what changed there but vulnerable college students use caution!!

Everyone I spoke with here was super professional and kind. They use an online system for scheduling and providing estimates which made it very convenient to approve the repairs that I wanted. It was around $500 parts and labor to replace both of my rear rotors and brake pads which I don't think is too bad. Definitely reccomend this place! Had to have my wheel bearing replaced the last week before I had to leave NMU. I called Tuesday and they had me in on Thursday to look at it. They told me they would make sure to have it done by early Tuesday the following week so I could leave Thursday. They had my car done on the following Monday morning. I thought the report sent via text with a full inspection and pictures was really cool and helpful, showed me some problems that I didn’t know about. They were fair with prices.
