Nice people run the conveniently located Hay Shed. They quickly get you loaded and on your way. We buy 10 to 20 bails per time and they can accommodate us.
Love this place, friendly and they have all the hay you can handle.

Never going back! I asked the man loading my hay Same person as the cashier to exclude two specific bales of hay from my purchase as these two bales were very dirty from transportation and discolored from the sun. I was told "No, I am not going to pick through hay for every customer! Everyone is so picky about their hay!" He then proceded to tell me "Look, it is only dirt" as he rubbed the hay with his gloved hands and all the undesired road grime and dirt started made a big dust cloud into the air. I stated that I will not accept dirty hay for the horses and those two bales were unacceptable. Rather than give him a dissertation on customer service, with receipt in hand I restated "I cannot accept dirty hay." After a long moment the loader figured out he could sell me only clean hay or refund the purchase. He tossed the two dirty bales to the side begrudgingly and loaded the truck. His demeanor during this part of the encounter was truly surprising, disrespectful, arrogant and very unbecomming of a purveyor. I chose to use Bartlett today as they are a local vendor rather than using corporate Big-R. My #1 Choice is always Rockin-B-Feed in the Black Forest. They are the kind of place to where it feels good to buy from them. Kudos to Rockin-B-Feed!!! I will try to plan better so that I never need to go to Bartlett again!
What a great business! Always friendly, superior customer service. Joe in particular is always happy to see you and happily loaded my truck even though I parked outside the yard. Its why I keep coming back over and over.
Decent store for what it is I will never buy hay from here again they’re absolutely terrible. Tiny bales, and have zero weight to them.

Had to swing buy and grab 10 bales for a friend and the girls in the office were super nice and had a receipt already to go, I was in and out in no time, the guys outside were just as great.
