Bartow Memorial Hospital

I took my 3 year old to the ER. She fell and cut her head open. She had a significant cut that needed to be cleaned up and stapled shut. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so sweet to my daughter. She was sad and scared, but they made her feel safe and well. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my daughter!

Great staff in reception, very helpful. Surgical nursing staff was great and very professional and kept you calm waiting for your surgery. Surgery went very well and was completed in a timely manner. The staff was very good with visiting partner and took care of her just as great as me. Would highly recommend this medical team. Thanks to Robin, Geogia, Katherine, Althea, Evelyn, Jennifer, and of course Kristin. The anesthesia staff were fantastic and made sure I was prepared for DR Jean to perform surgery.

I have been to bartow hospital numerous of times and the past 2 times I was lucky enough to have nurse Shannon. She is the true definition of a caring nurse. Even if the hospital is busy she makes you feel like you’re her priority. She kept me informed on everything and was very nice

Geron, Sandra & Elizabeth were wonderful. Made me feel like this process was easy & they wanted to take good care of me. They treat you like a person, not just a patient.

My husband had a procedure this morning and the staff was not only friendly and professional with my husband, making sure he was taken care of, a nurse brought me a coffee and a snack bar, while another brought me a blanket. None of which I asked for, they were just so hospitable and caring. In fact they let me stay in the recovery room during his procedure asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. All of the staff were so kind to us. We just can’t say enough kind things about them!! They even gave my husband a Thank You card signed by the staff for entrusting them with his care.

Came in this evening with my son who split his lip in multiple places. We were checked in and seen immediately. Had him stitched up and sent out the door in under 30 minutes. Every staff member we came by were helpful and extremely caring! Very clean facility as well! Thank you so much for all that you do!

Best experience ever. We went to get an EKG done with Evelyn who was so sweet and comforting, she said she would be there during the colonoscopy and she was there. She took amazing care of us along with Jessy my moms nurse. She not only took amazing care of my mom but she brought me a warm blanket to keep me warm throughout the wait. Everyone there treated us amazing. They would stop in to ask if I wanted some coffee, water or juice. Even the chapel of the hospital stopped in to come pray for my mom in the pre op room which made us feel a lot better about everything. Absolutely the best hospital EVER. From the front desk all the way to the nurse Jessy, medical assistant Evelyn and Chapel of the hospital Grateful for all the help and hospitality!

My Momma's care team of Miss Elizabeth, Amity, Angie and Maria in the Radiology Department went above and beyond to give outstanding care and understanding to my mother. My Mom has physical impairments and they truly showed sincere concern and compassion. They did their very best to make the procedures as easy as possible for my Mom. Thank you from a grateful daughter. Miss Elizabeth has a special place in my heart for all her efforts to help my Mom be approved and scheduled. Thank you! Lisa Moore

When I called to make my payment, I spoke with a very kind female at 8:36 this morning. Unfortunately, I did not write her name down. She was extremely warm and took care of my needs quickly. She made sure I didn't have any questions. I have been so impressed with BayCare and Bartow Regional Medical Center and the care I have received as a patient. Keep being amazing! I have been looking for this type of care and concern for years.
