Bass Pet Resort & Spa was the greatest place to leave my pet. I purchased the suite for my one year old english bulldog. She absolutely loved her five days there. I absolutely loved the report cards I got everyday to let me know how my pup was doing. The cutest photos were taken of her too. She took the greatest naps on the beds they provided. I already booked her next stay as well! :
Jackson stayed with Bass resort for 8 days. We had him stay one night 2 months ago just to see how he would do. He had never stayed alone with Bass before, his big brother was always with him. Unfortunately his big brother crossed the rainbow bridge 2 years ago so this was a test. Bass really takes care of their charges and treats them well. I really like the Daily text message with pictures. Great place to leave your baby and know they are well cared for.
Thank you so much for taking care of my dog, I recommend you to all!! Amazing place to board your fur baby! I was out of town, broke my ankle, had to get surgery and prolong my dog’s stay 4 days & it was no problem! He got a bath & was nice & fresh too!
Our dog Cooper spent ten days in doggy daycare at Bass Pet Resort while we were recently on vacation visiting the local theme parks. Cooper had a great time there and was well cared for and given lots of attention. We wouldn't hesitate to bring Cooper back when we visit in the future.
A+ Doggy stayed here multiple times. Staff A-MAZ-ing. Sweet, helpful, and accommodating with time, patience and extra love to our puppy dog. He's very tired when he comes home
Amazing service! I felt really comfortable leaving our doggo Dax here. The daily report cards are great added feature. The staff was understanding and friendly. You can tell the staff really cares about the pets. When we were leaving one of the staff yelled bye to Dax by name. I would 100 percent recommend this place. By far the best boarding experience we’ve ever had.
So happy to have found this pet resort! We were on vacation in the area and needed to board our dog for a length of time. Bass resort staff are very friendly, gave us a daily report card, sent some pics of our pet, followed his feeding and med schedule. He was very happy and healthy when we picked him up and we were told how he loved playing with the other dogs. Highly recommend boarding a pet at this resort!
Our labs Rocki and Cocoa loved their day at Bass Pet Resort! So great to know they are loved when we have to leave them!
It was my dogs first time boarding and I chose Bass pet resort for the great reviews. We received an update everyday and received pictures!! We were so happy to see that our little guy was having such a good time and making friends ! The staff is very friendly and took very good care of my fur baby, I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them wholeheartedly!
We LOVE this place!! We've taken our dog plenty of times usually 1-2 nights at a time, but it's been up to 9 nights and they take SUCH good care of him! He always trots right in, so happy to see everyone. The best service they offer is the puppy postcards- I love to see what he's up to while he's there always having a good time. We live all the way in Four Corners and drive 45 minutes each way to take him here because we like it so much. Very happy we found them!
