Let me be clear: I think Bass has great products. I own four pairs of their shoes and a faux leather jacket, and they're all of excellent quality. What's not at all excellent, however, is the customer service at their North Bend store. I took my mother there today to return a pair of boots she'd bought. The salesperson refunded her money without question, but the $50 note he handed her was slightly torn along one edge. My mother immediately noticed and asked if she could have another note, but the man behind the counter said the note was fine, and that he couldn't open the cash drawer again because he'd already closed it. When I stepped in to explain that my mother doesn't live here, and she doesn't want any torn notes in her wallet, a lady behind the counter told me to go exchange it at the bank. I said I didn't want to do that because this was a note they'd just given me, so I'd like them to do it. Then another employee made a comment to the others about how he couldn't believe I was making such a big deal about something so trivial. I persisted, and eventually the lady there went to find change, saying as she walked off, "This is America." My question to her, if she ever reads this: If I wasn't a brown person with an accent different to yours, would you still have said that? The lady finally got change from another customer and gave it to my mum. But I will not be shopping at this store again.
Good store and good collection. Whatever I have bought from there have lasted long and with shine. I think their size is on upper side and I make sure to check the size always by trying out. The gave good jeans collection but limited slim size. Overall a good store at North Bend.

GH Bass is a great brand, quality products and great prices as well. They always have good buys at the NorthBend Store, good staff and friendly as well. I have read some of the reviews on poor customer service, I have never experienced that at the North Bend store. Please remember that retail associates only make around $10 a hour without benefits so don't slam these folks.
Their price point system in store is confusing! I was told sale items shoes would be an additional 10 20 or 30% off depending on how many shoes I purchased. I was told the back rows of the store were the clearance sale items and that's where I shopped, yet when I was rung out I was told two of the four pairs I had chosen we're not on sale. I then showed the manager where I had chosen the shoes from and she replied I didn't have room to put them anywhere else. Duped, and frustrated, my husband and son embarrassed, we purchased the shoes and left. I have shopped at this store for 10 years and always had a great experience. I will never again shop at the North Bend Washington Bass outlet.
I haven't been in the store before. My first experience going there was amazing. Staff incredibly nice and helpful. The products are high quality and lovely casual clothing. Defiantly worth the $$ I would defiantly recommend to other shoppers.
Bass factory outlet sells more than just shoes. They sell accessories as well! Their shoes are fairly comfortable and practical for everyday wear but you will need to pay a bit for that comfortable and convenience. They have many difference styles for males and females. Please note that they do not have a huge selection of shoes for athletic purposes. The majority of their shoes are meant for everything but athletic. Ample parking in front of store.
Fantastic customer service, everyone is super helpful and are very nice. Love shopping here and getting great deals on their great quality products. Will definitely return and spend more and reccomend to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!!
This store is amazing, not only did the store manager help me personally from trying on the shoes to shoe care itself but then Dominique rang me out and signed me up on the Bass reward program! The staff is amazing, the store is clean and they are always friendly. Thanks Bass!
The guy with a beard named 'DONALD' looks like a psychopath, clearly. One of their Sales Employee. Beware, before entering this shop. There was an argument about a 'return item' and he threatened to HIT us. Full of lies. 'Return Item' is a minor thing here, we don't care about it. But, He is a horrible person and I personally feel he is a threat to the society. Full of lies. I would go ahead and contact the POLICE DEPARTMENT at least to keep an eye on him. The north bend mall security is of no help. So the employee of that BASS store in north bend, a threatened to hit us and eventually he wanted to kill me if possible ...according to his own words b he wanted to slam his shop door on our face. In continuation, I spoke to the store manager Valerie Johnson today day two, she was not there when the incident happened and even after me explaining the situation, she believes in the false stories of her employees, she has no time to listen to customer's version, believing and resolving is far away. Horrendous shop altogether. Her own life is under threat by working along with Mr. Donald. Gold Bless Her. Funniest note from Valerie: Leaving everything aside she says "We don't have door in our shops where we can actually slam on someone...she is worried about the technicality of a slamming a door instead of the aggravated violent behavior and aggression. Now I need to select the legal route.
