Best Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory I’ve been to. We were in Leavenworth for my birthday and I wanted an apple pie apple from Rocky Mountain. I went in and they only had two apples that were not Apple Pie. The owner told me she didn’t have any and she was closing for the next three days. On our drive home we stopped at North Bend Rocky Mountain. The owner had two apple pie apples left, I needed 4 instead of saying sorry, that’s all I have, she told me if I had 10 minutes she would make me four apples right then. I was shocked at how generous her offer was. I waited the 10 minutes and had the best conversation with this wonderful woman. I bought 4 caramels and 4 apple pie apples that were freshly made and DELICIOUS! Incredible customer service and my apples and caramels were incredible! My birthday was perfect because of her. Highly recommend this store!

Was so happy that they were open, lots of candy, chocolates, and carmels. The candied apples mmmmm! Was going to order the chocolate covered cheesecake, but I'll save it for my next trip, I'm definitely going back.

Yum yum hot chocolate if you enjoy. They have huge variety to cookies and many other bakery item and each one of them are delicious. It's definitely a must visit place if you are enjoying shopping at premium outlet.

Travel many miles from Florida for the candied apples. My wife loves the coconut camel apple and I love the orange and raspberry chocolate sticks. We usually stop in Leavenworth, WA but it had 36” of snow dump on the town when we wanted to go.

First time tried something unique and it was delicious ! It's so vivid that you wouldn’t discover this taste and skillful chocolates anywhere else. When you come here don’t fail to try here! Little area but well maintianed staff was very cheerful! I’m coming back soon!

This place has really good quality candy and cold fresh ice cream. It's really busy.

As a sweet stop this place is solid. Shame it’s in such a run down area. I know these used to be the outlets but now a days 80% of the complex is empty. At any rate chocolates, ice cream, coffee and caramel apples. I’d like to say something for everyone. It’s not a huge place no giant selection but that’s ok in my opinion. It’s enough. The service was friendly and the place was clean.
