Nice facility, we took pickle ball lessons there and had a great experience.

WARNING- If I could give this place less than 1 star, I totally would. I would be very careful when booking. We attended an event that was to begin TWO hours prior to them arriving to open up. Guests were all there before given access to decorate and prepare the hall. It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone and when they finally responded, they kept saying they would be there within 10 minutes. I do not know if this was deliberate but they were incredibly unprofessional. Truly hope this does not happen to any Batavians.

Had my wedding reception and a Sunday brunch at Shannon Hall. The booking department was wonderful to work with. It is a beautiful venue. It is also one of the only fully ADA accessible venues in this price range.

It was a great small town church that now functions as a community center. It's well worth looking up all the functions that go on there & find something you can take advantage of.

We had a reservation for a baptism today at 4pm. It's 6 o'clock already and we're all outside the place waiting for someone to open. What a Joke!

Unbelieveable. My sister booked her wedding at this reception hall and we were incredibly excited. About 40 days out from her wedding, we find out that Shannon Hall double booked an event that day, putting a birthday party before the event. They did not alert my sister to this double booking right away and when my brother in law and sister called to check into reservation about 40 days out, they learned of the double booking. When my brother in law asked them to honor their original booking with their wedding, their staff had the audacity to LAUGH at my brother in law over the phone. The staff member's name was Shelby. She was incredibly rude and she laughed at my brother in law. She should have job action. What poor customer service. This caused my sister to have to find a new venue 40 days out from her wedding! Further, they weren't going to give them a full refund! We had to get the owner involved to receive a full refund. Save yourself the headache and pain. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. There is no guarantee that they will keep your date booked or stick to their word. The whole thing was handled very poorly.

This was a great venue. I had my wedding reception there and it was very easy and super cheap. Beautiful building and good staff.

Held my daughter's wedding reception there and the facility was beautiful.

A lot of open space for tables. Acoustics were awesome

Tiny, but cozy. Must have been an old church and school building.
