I went in bought a new battery for my scooter and brung my old battery to be charged. Picked up both the next day and my old battery was damaged to where it wouldn’t be able to be used at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My pictures are of the old battery I took out. The before and after pics for it. Update: I just got the old battery to go on and it’s not even charged!!! They should of never took it if they were going to damage it and not charge it!!!
I wish I remembered the name of the individual who helped us here - they were fantastic! My husband and I came in so flustered after our remote car starter died the car won't start without it and the staff member didn't make us wait at all, even though they were clearly helping another person and answering phone calls all at the same time. The multi-tasking was seriously impressive, as was the knowledge and customer service provided. Thank you!
Staff was kind on the phone. They do not carry the 10440 3.7v battery. Although it is not a common battery, it is available all over the internet+ amazon. In my mind if Im going to name my enterprise Batteries plus Im going to make sure I have every battery that exists available in my store. Especially a large chain in the metro. Speaks to a lack of wisdom and prowess. Please either wake up or rename yourselves "Most Batteries" Batteries plus is not an exceptional company.
Though the store was busy we got excellent service and so did everyone else in line.
Needed a battery for my fob. Guy working there was very helpful and nice and friendly.
I cracked my phone screen and went to get it fixed here. I only went here because it was the only places open early enough to fit my schedule. It was quite expensive and my phone hasn’t really worked the same since, it regularly freezes and shuts off. I would not recommend it
Poor kid working alone! People walking in and making me wait for him to install my car battery! I feel bad for him! Phones ringing off the hook! I'm waiting way too long! Very frustrating!
They were SUPER nice and friendly! I was blown away! What a great experience! They had the battery for my car, as well as 3 different price options. I got the mid-level battery with a 3-year warranty. They installed it for free and the installation went quickly! They have every battery you can imagine, by the way. Great business! I'll go back!
Key fobs should be made by dealerships. Now I have to go and have my old fob reprogrammed so it works and the lights on my dash turn off and open the back lift gate.
These guys repaired a shattered iPhone screen for me. When I called to ask if they do that, they told me to book the appointment online to save $10! Every single one of these staff member are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! It's a pleasant trip every time I go to this store. Definitely recommend them!
