I've known the original owner since our boys were in cub scouts. I've sent many family and friends here. No more. The new owner and staff are utterly incompetent. I took my mother-in-law's desktop there. When I dropped the computer off I met the new owner and he assured me he'd look at it that afternoon. I called a couple time checking on it, and both times was told they'd "look at it today" and call me back. Never heard a word back. Nearly two weeks later, this morning I went to pick it up over my lunch hour. There was no-one there, despite it being normal business hours. There were two other gentlemen in the lot also waiting to get their computers that had not been looked at either. Eventuallly I found someone in the store and I did finally get the computer back, but after a bit of an ordeal. First the tech brought out a different desktop claiming it was mine and flailed about attempting to put it back together. When I pointed out that it wasn't the correct brand he said he didn't know where mine was. So I walked back to the repair room myself and found it. The tech told me that was their bench computer used for testing. He wouldn't relent until he'd spoken to someone on the phone. I have zero faith in the new owner or his staff.
