Cute store, the girl who helped me today was very nice... she put my clips on my bangle today and even looked for a good match for me when I didn’t care for the immediate selection she offered. Although they didn’t have everything I was looking for I will definitely go back and hopefully see more of a selection. I do understand Mother’s Day had passed recently so that’s the answer for the downsized selection. Overall I liked the store and can’t wait to go back!

The owner /manager is awesome and always more than willing to help. Most importantly he is HONEST!!! prices are hard to beat and they will always work with you! Repairs are easy, they clean your stuff for free and in general are all about great customer service. Good customer service in the sales industry seems like a no brainer but you would be surprised at just how many places make you and or your purchase seem so unimportant!! You never leave Bay feeling like this! Gloria is fantastic as well! Great local shop!
