I came here to look for a few last minute things to take on vacation and I have to say JCPenney's is one of the best stores left in Marley station mall. The store was full of merchandise unlike some of the other stores. And the employees are very nice
This just wanted that most devastating days in my life. I lost my wedding band which meant the world to me and I called and called and called and went and looked myself and I felt like JCPenney's just really didn't care. I was going to buy a new wedding except from there until I seen how undisturbed they were that I lost my wedding ring and how quick they tried to rush me. JCPenney's and every other mom Marley Station Morris falling apart they need to just restart the whole Mall and build something more productive
JC Portraits stole 200 dollars from me and getting my money back has been impossible because of their nonexistent customer service. DO NOT TAKE PICTURES HERE. The staff are unprofessional and the customer service is awful.
Brought my daughter and her emotional support dog in. And I had no issues with the staff or customers. 5 stars for you today.
If you're looking for a JCP, the one at Marley Station Mall is still worth a trip. It's far better than the one at Annapolis Mall.
Barry overpriced for the quality of their products. I only shop there because my brother bought me something and I had to exchange it for something else which took me a long time to find something in their extremely expensive store. I would not
The store is nice, they have a good selection considering how empty the mall is. Most of their employees are nice, Peachy wasn't the nicest but I'll give her credit that it can be stressful in retail.
Jan 2023 Much better stock and overall condition compared to the Macy's. Photography and Barber are actually open, limited staff and all very nice to interact with. It is not perfect but it was the only place in the mall we found anything worth purchasing.
Four stars because I was a little disappointed. I understand Covid restrictions for not being able to use the changing rooms but it would've been nice if there was a large mirror to check for any wardrobe malfunctioning or hair mishaps. The photographer didn't even say that my sons tie at one point wasn't straight or that my hair had caught wind in one of the photos which could've really been great and I would've purchased a greater package. However nothing was said and the pictures couldve really been of perfection. Otherwise really good job!
I typically shop at the hair salon for name brand hair products since they are local. They usually have a great sale.
