I was visiting from out of town and I bought a watch and when I got home I realized the watch was broken, it wouldn’t set correctly. Almost a month later I showed them my debit card I used with it without a receipt and they replaced it with the same one but brand new. Very good store all around with a plethora of cool things in there!
I recently completed day trips with both Capt. Tuck Scott and Shannon O’Quinn. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable about the fishery, put me on fish even in less than ideal circumstances, and had patience with a novice fly angler. Both guides and the shop were very accommodating/communicative and professional. I’d recommend both guides and outfit without hesitation.
Good retail selection. Helpful Store Staff. Orvis Fly Fishing instruction was excellent, but Site fishing is the guide’s only game. Maybe add more versatility and adaptability due to weather conditions. Fly fisherman travel great distances and at great expense, so cutting day trips short, due to “less than ideal” conditions, can be disappointing.
We booked 2 half-day guided trips with light tackle through Bay Street Outfitters. Our guides were Captains Tuck Scott and Shannon O’Quinn. Both were knowledgeable, professional and personable. More importantly they knew the waters and where to find redfish. Although we’ve experienced many guided redfish charters over the years, we still consider ourselves novices. These two guides really went out of their way to share their knowledge about the fish, techniques, reading the water and historical information about the area. We booked a fishing trip through Bay Street Outfitters with Captain Tony. Had a great time! Caught some amazing fish. Captain Tony couldn't have been more helpful. The man baited our hooks! LOL. He told us about the area, answered all our questions, and was just a very pleasant person to be around. His skiff is a great boat. I would recommend him to all my friends. Thanks Captain Tony!!!
Love shopping here. Have 3 dresses that I have purchased this year. Very comfortable clothing mainly outdoors wear, like for boating and fishing but the women's dresses are super cute. Sales staff are nice and friendly. They do have 2 dressing rooms, so don't be scared to try something on.
Being as it is in the tourist part of downtown you might not think of it as a serious tackle shop. Well it is. They really have a great line up of fly fishing equipment, and their prices on flys aren't bad. Ya they have a lot of fancy yeti stuff, and expensive "outdoor" clothing, but it's a real inshore fly fishing shop in the back. I'm just glad we have a resource like this in town.

Great little shop with high quality items and knowledgeable staff. We stop in every year when we are down this way. One of my favorite cold weather jackets Barbour is from here.
Great outfitters with a well stocked fly shop, huge selection of apparel. Very friendly staff and not the typical fly shop snobs. I will be back late in the year to fish with them
