We've been with PNC a couple years now and have always had great experiences with them. Recently had some issues with our cards and account and Quijuan and Casey were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a new card printed for me within minutes.
Linda Ramos was so accommodating and explained everything so well to my daughter. She made opening her first bank account absolutely enjoyable. Wonderful lady to open an account with.
K.C. Grace III helped me get a new account and was absolutely astounding. I’ve never met a more personable, thorough banker. Not only did he explain everything clearly and quickly he also made me feel like part of the family even though we had only just met. Truly a gifted man. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Someone get this man a raise!
Please avoid banking with BBVA at all costs. Continue to have some of the worst customer service in the industry. Great online platform, great loan rates, less than competent employees, call centers filled with incompetent idoiots. Good luck if you need logic to resolve any issues you have. I guess they are better than Wells Fargo, though...well, maybe.
Absolutely trash bank. We will never do business with them again! My husband went to this branch to do a loan payment on the loan we have with BBVA and was told he couldn’t because we don’t bank there. That we had to pay online. Well every time I allow our account information to be connected to the loan they take UNAUTHORIZED payments every month. HORRIBLE BANK.

My son had 2 checks written on this bank the banker there told him they had no money to cash the checks and she would not open an account for him was rude and unprofessional will never bank at this branch ever again very lazy and unprofessional
Ive banked with compass for over five years this location is the absolute worst the hours at this locations are horrible there not open on Saturday there open till five pm when can I ever use this bank An when they are open on that one Friday for that extra hour they only have one drive thru open An there's ten cars ahead of me please fix this Problem or I'll be looking for a more convenient bank working more hours wouldn't hurt yalls people
Horrible CS. Tried cashing a check written on there bank from a tenant, and they said they couldnt because it was 100 over there limit. What kind of bank cant cash there own check for 2100. Mgr offered no other options or solution. Would never bank there.
Favorite bank by far, the staff here goes above and beyond, makes banking easy and simple. Would recommend this bank to anyone.
