A Chicago native, Susan moved to Texas and immediately fell in love with the warm seasons, open fields and friendly personalities. Unique to Texas is it's Bar-B-Que, low cost of living, and open displays of patriotism, all of which explains her desire to call Texas "home." Relocating to Texas played a huge impact in her life, and her first-had experience in buying and selling her own home (and relocating) has allowed her to relate to what her clients are going through.
Susan holds a bachelors degree in English Education from Indiana University. She transitioned from a career in Education, which has honed her ability to effectively explain and communicate Real Estate information to the diverse learning needs and abilities of her clients. Adding to her experience in the classroom, she also managed a small business start-up, where she took an active role in marketing, accounting and negotiations. Susan is honest, loyal, and passionate about real estate and exceeding client expectations.
Susan is engaged to Skip, CEO of a veteran-owned small-business, and has two children. In addition to the humans, Susan has two other babies; a German Shepard and Olde English bulldog. In her free time, she enjoys working out, riding her motorcycle (or riding on the back of Skips), and spending time with family. She can also be found volunteering at Angel House soup kitchen in Austin, or fulfilling the role of Assistant Den Leader of Boy Scouts of America, Troop 90.
