I sent a young lady here for hopes of a silk press because my salon was booked up and unable to provide her that service..she came back crying saying they called her some racial slurs.. that is unacceptable and disgusting how dare you... could have simply said you are unable to provide that service. Will never send anyone to this salon as a result.
before doing something here ask for the price first. I had my hair down to my waist I asked for a cut to my shoulders I was expecting something special for a drastic change or at least something nice. She cut my hair with the trimmer and while she was doing it she asked me how much they charged me for my hair dye, and how ugly they had left it, that she could do it better but more expensive. she was bragging so much how expensive she charge must have been my first red flag At the end she charged me $80 for the ugliest hair cut of my life. not even a blowout or shampooing end up going to best cuts and they end up fixing my hair.
Love Be! She is very professional at everything she has done for me and also my teenage son. I walked in today with hair that just had extensions out by someone else who also did a great job but after 2 years it was time for a change. Let me tell ya, Be made me feel and look like a million bucks when I walked out of her salon. If you want quality, professional work go here.
i was very excited that they let me do a walk-in for hair colour, but was very disappointed with the outcome. i came in with dark brown hair with red highlights and asked for jet black all over. when they finished, my entire head and neck was stained black. And there were still visible sections of red in my hair! And the worst part, they charged for $125 for such a poor job. So much for trying a new salon
I've been 2 times. Will never go back! Not even tempted. First time she didn't listen. Gave me a stupid unsuitable cut. Second time, her assistant shampooed my hair then blew it dry then Be sprayed it wet and cut it with a razor. My dry hair looked like a haystack until It was cut again. Assistant asked if I wanted my brows waxed, I have no brows, Be said I should color my hair, I just got it grown out to my natural color which I like. And then charged me $58.00. Almost fainted. I have had more time, attention, and better haircuts from Great Clips. I chose to go to Be’s because it was highly rated and I was hoping for a good quality haircut. When I was arrived for my scheduled haircut I was told that I needed to have my hair washed before it could be cut. So they washed my hair. I have only ever really been to Great Clips to have my hair cut, so I assumed the hair wash was just part of the process for a nicer haircut. I was never asked if this was something I wanted and no explanation was offered for a difference in price I’ve known others who got their hair cut and they said to plan on around $30- I was charged $48 so I can only imagine I was also charged for the wash. Afterwards, when I was having my hair cut, Be recommended keeping a straight edge on my hair rather than doing layers so that the ends of my hair wouldn’t look so thin. I decided to take her up on her recommendation and it took her maybe 5 minutes to actually cut my hair. I would have no issue with this if my hair was actually cut well, which it was not. My hair was not actually parted before it was cut although it was roughly parted in the middle from the wash/dry. It is uneven and lopsided. I didn’t realize this until I went home and looked at it more in the mirror, and when I parted it on the side how I normally style my hair, it is more uneven. I returned with the intention of asking for a refund, but she was in the middle of dyeing someone’s hair. Not wanting to cause a scene in the middle of her salon, I just asked if I could speak with her when she had the chance. She agreed and I started waiting, but a few minutes in she said it would be a long time and she didn’t really seem interested in helping me at all. I got the feeling she just wanted me to leave. I then mentioned that I was just there for a refund because my hair was uneven. She offered to fix it and said it was uneven because it I had my hair parted on the side I said no because I didn’t trust her to fix it when she spent very little time or effort cutting it the first time, and she didn’t even bother to part my hair, check if it was even, or ask how I normally style my hair. She said she didn’t have time to help me right now but that I should come back later. She said to come back at 2 2 hours later. I returned and had barely walked in before she was upset because I had asked for a refund. She blamed me for not saying anything about it being uneven while I was getting it cut or stopping her to tell her I part it on the side when I style my hair. She was completely unwilling to listen to anything I had to say, although I wasn’t given much opportunity to explain why I wanted the refund. I found the whole experience frustrating and deceptive. She puts on a good face when customers are around, had me wait 2 hours until there weren’t customers in the shop, and then true colors came out. I was not given a refund, and decided to leave since she was clearly unwilling to even listen to me. The haircut was not worth the price, and the customer service was terrible.
Be was FANTASTIC! She did a wonderful job on my hair and gave me some great tips about upkeep. She has worked in this profession for a very long time and I am greatful to have had her give me advice! Thanks Be!
