I rarely make reviews but I wanted to recommend Dr. Cajar’s services. He is the first chiropractor I’ve ever gone to and he made me feel comfortable and was really flexible with scheduling. I went only a couple of times but he fixed my back issues! I would recommend him no doubt
I’ve had digestive issues and weight fluctuations for years and no one has brought to light some key things my body needs until i met Dr Cajar. Past doctors haven’t highlighted how putting you on medications and removing certain body parts affect you long term and he is helping me fix those problems. I’ve noticed a tremendous change in just a few short weeks and would definitely recommend Dr Cajar with helping you figure out any health issues.
I was a little nervous making my appointment with Dr. Cajar because I had never been to a chiropractor before. He was wonderful about explaining everything to me and easing my mind right away. Not only did he diagnose my issue but he explained how it happened in terms I could understand. He is very personable and really made me feel like an individual rather than just a number walking through his door. I definitely recommend Dr. Cajar's services to everyone!
Dr Cajar is the ONLY Dr that has actually made me feel better! His Chiropractic adjustments are amazing, but his Nutrition protocol is nothing I've ever experienced, and has made me feel human again! I am so thankful that I made an appointment with him, and have referred a few people to him to him that have nothing but good things to say about him! I’ve been searching for a new chiropractor and Dr. Alfredo did an amazing job focusing on my trigger points. I feel like I’ll be relieved from some serious anxiety and discomfort and look forward to visiting the office again!

Dr. Cajar is the best chiro I have ever been too. He treated my shoulder for tendentious and did a great job. He didn't rush me in and out like other doctors but took the time to make sure I was treated well. He did cold laser therapy as well as a lot of adjustments to make it feel better. I would highly recommend him to anyone with sports injuries or who needs a chiropractor. He has a holistic approach and recommended some great supplements to me as well.
Last summer I had gotten in a car accident where the other driver hit the back of my car. I was extremely sore in my neck and back immediately after the collision. I started seeing Dr. Cajar soon after to help get rid of the pain, and that is exactly what he did! He is a great chiropractor and a very genuine person. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing which helps put your mind at ease. He's very charismatic and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. Unlike other chiropractors who see you as walking dollar signs, he truly cares about your progress and helping make you feel your best. Thanks to him my neck and back pain completely went away. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an amazing chiropractor who knows exactly what to do to make you feel great!
I have been going to Dr. Cajar for many years. Me being a rather large woman, it was hard to find a good Chiropractor, but when i found Dr. Cajar back in 2008, i knew i found the best!
