Very nice place been staying here for a couple years now. The owners are great people. The closeness to the water is a big plus if you want to fish its a very short walk.

Beacon 7 is a quiet place, close to the bay and walking distance to Waterfront Park & Pier. The owners are good people, and the renters typically are a quiet bunch. I have stayed here for more than a year while consulting in the area, and feel very safe. The place is well watched and if something is wrong, they let you know before it gets bad. I came to Beacon 7 on the advice of a co-worker. I gladly give the same recommendation to all others. Slots can be rented for both short and long term. I am very happy with my stay here. Carl.....
Great place to stay. Close to fishing. Very quiet and secluded. No traffic. Great people..... Georgie was welcoming and friendly . Kenny was very helpful and was available whenever we needed anything. We will be back!
Never got to stay. Went to call to verify my reservation and the woman who runs the place said they were full except for my spot. She then said if she had one more call looking for a spot she would begin charging me from that day forward. She said she treats all her potential guests that way, so beware and check your invoice.

Never been there to visit. Only had my work truck doing my job and picking up brush piles for city of seadrift. Maybe Google should stop tracking peoples phone and mind there own business
