This place is closer to my house than Ross, and it's fairly comparable, although a bit smaller, so the various departments don't have as much to offer. Prices are good, and the store is clean and well organized.
This store was very different than the one in Sun City. This one had clothing for the entire family; plus linens. The clothes are cut small in my opinion. The prices seemed higher than the other location. The staff was friendly enough. They had a small selection of reduced clothing. It's worth it to drop in and browse.
I bought a couple items. I am satisfied but can't give a 5-star because EVERYTHING is made in China. I will pay more if I have to. Need more buying options including items that are manufactured in ANY country other than China
This is a little jewel. Today it looked like more product was coming in. It was nice to see a mix of higher end merchandise with reg. Items. It's like a mini Ross. But it's clean, organized and looks very presentable. It's hit or miss for sure. But a very nice store.
Good prices if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Unfortunately, the clerk who attended me on this location was extremely rude. I was the one who initiate the conversation saying "hi good morning" the staff didn't answer me back. Then I told her that I have my bealls card and she didn't acknowledge or answer me, she totally ignored me. At one point she just pointed to one of my items for me to get it closer to her; I have never minded to help staff specially when there are a lot of persons waiting in line so I even removed the hangers from the clothes beforehand to make it easier for her hence for me the fact that she just pointed to the items without asking of course she didn't say please to get it closer because she didn't want to stretch or move another finger to do HER job was showing me a lack of respect for her job and for a customer. I went on the day before Christmas so I imagine that the staff didn't want to be there, I get it. I used to work in a Hospital so I know that it means to work on a holiday in this case a day before however that does not give you the right to treat your clients inappropriately, she should have stayed at home or have a different attitude. It is beyond my comprehension that a person could be rude during the holidays. If you work on customer service field definitely you need to leave your problems at home. I hope she treated the rest of the persons in line that day... this is the first time that I went to this location and I didn't feel I could return again. I love this store but definitely I have found nicer staff in other locations.
I love this store! They have a great selection and the prices are really good! The store is immaculate!
Low inventory, they have a very limited golf section. In the past it was one of the best.
It's the day before Christmas!!!! But love the last minute gift ideas they have. They have awesome customer service awesome shirts for the kids! I definitely go back again!!! No hassle no lines just friendly environment!!!
Open to the public, located within the walls of Sun City West. Have nice selection off close out items to save your cash. Make sure to sign up for their free perks card for additional discounts . Different days of the week seniors get a discount and other days non senior have a discount day. Plus, once you spend a certain amount in their store you get a nice discount pin your next purchase. Bring in Sun City West your sales tax will be just over 7%! There is golf apparel for men and women, swimsuits, shove vs undies, work out clothes, shoes, linens, doggy items, kitchen utensils...so much more! Staff is always willing to help if your looking for something in particular.
