This place can go either way I feel like their customer service is definitely lacking but the oversees prices can hardly be beat. They have a weir set up to get to the tire dept. You have to pull out opposite garden side and follow street around building. That being said found the best price on tires I will let you know how they hold up. Update 7.28.22 this stores auto department is trash. Stay away. If something is wrong there is no one to take responsibility for the situation..... Avoid
I did a curbside pickup at store #5429. My items where placed in the back of my vehicle. The lid on a 60oz bottle of pine-sol lying on its side came off. Estimated around 90% of the contents of the bottle emptied into my vehicle between the back truck area and a back seat. I returned to the curbside pickup to try to get some help. I was given a new pine-sol and a sorry about that. As I proceeded to my drive the 35 miles to my home I realized the horrible result of this mishap. Had to drive on hwy 60 at 65mph with all windows down in a plus 100 degree weather. Extreme headache from the fumes. When I got home to clean up the mess I did an online research on pine-sol. It is toxic! Cleanup with baking soda. Not entirely effective because of the huge amount. Now I have a baking soda mess. The smell after a week is still in my vehicle. So…I called the store the next day, to talk with the manager, Charlie. I was told he was at lunch by one employee and that he went home by a different employee. Talked with an assistant manager, Christina. She said she will email Charlie and explain the situation and he would look into the matter. Left my name and phone number. I have waited a week to hear from one of them thinking they might care. Big mistake.
Was waiting in Josephs line to check out and he was ringing out a good amount of items and we were of course being patient and had no issue waiting. We stood there about 8 minutes in his line and then after waiting he tells us he won’t check us out and we have to again go wait in the even longer self checkout line. And there was no one even behind us :/ and then he refused to give me his name but I saw his name tag. Real rude to us for no reason at all.
Staff is usually friendly and helpful, and the shelves are usually pretty stocked. The only downside is they only ever have one regular lane open and the rest is self checkout. I wish they would open up more registers or make the individual check outs larger seens how there's not alot of room for groceries or even in-between each register.
The Walmart itself is fine - clean and friendly staff - but the clientele... It seems like every time I go here there's a cop arresting a shoplifter. The parking lot is a mess with junk cars and the owners drive carelessly. There might be a fight in a grocery isle *insert head smack emoji*. Back to the store itself, I think this store has a bigger or different selection than the other Walmarts in the surrounding area, so I still brave the parking lot to shop here every once in a while.
Took over 10 mins to get anyone to the formula case, pushed button many times then told by the employee I asked to help after FOUR OTHERS JUST LOOKED AT ME AND KEPT WALKING, that I didn't push the button. When the lady did finally come over, she couldn't be bothered to even look up while saying she radioed someone else. Rude workers all the way around. I put my items back and went to bashas. They actually care about customers
Wal-Mart parking lots are always a bit horrendous. So it really irked me when I saw an abundance of empty spaces reserved for pickup, and for law enforcement. When I ordered online a couple years ago the stores had designated parking on the side and your order was brought to the car. I'm all for officers having a presence at the store but they can park anywhere they want without getting ticketed. This location seems like a really big store. It was a bit challenging to find my way around. It's also a challenge figuring out which price goes with which item on the refrigerated shelves. There was a typical holiday crowd. No, not typical. I've noticed in the last few months people have been nicer. There has been alot of bonding over the ridiculously high prices of many grocery items. The stores have no choice in the matter of inflation. At least it seems that Walmart keeps some items reasonable so I can put something in my cart. I was looking for some specific items, and was unsuccessful in finding them because Wal-Mart doesn't carry them anymore. It's getting more difficult to find a cashier. Every store wants you to "Work for food". Haha. So I'd like to thank the cashier who had her closed sign up but had mercy on us and took us anyway.
So disgusted with the service my husband just received at this location from Dawna. We have a brand new baby and Similac coupons for her formula and the manager Dawna refused to scan the barcode for the formula. She was completely rude and refused to even try and run the barcode. We haven’t had any issues at fry’s using these coupons. There’s a list of retailers we can use them at and Walmart is on that list. Terrible service, lazy employee with a disgusting attitude.
As always Walmart needs to get some manners training from Burger King. There employees are terribly rude like they don't want you there. That's why I try my best not to go to Walmart but there prices are good.
Pretty clean as far as Wal-Marts go. Good selection more than 2 cashiers open. Better than what I am used to.
