Beallsville is a borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States and part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area since 1950. The population was 511 at the 2000 census. Much of the borough has been designated the Beallsville Historic District.HistoryA post office called Beallsville has been in operation since 1822.
