The staff was very very friendly. They all had beautiful smiles. The service that I received was phenomenal. I was not scared at all. The doctor made me feel very comfortable, and made sure that I was OK before starting my procedure I would recommend bright smiles to anyone..
A 5 star experience every time! From the reception area to the dental chair, you are greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. The dental work is top tier. Dr. Noel is kind and knowledgeable! She is gentle and explains everything she does prior to and while she does it. All around great business! Oh and did a mention scheduling an appointment is a breeze?!
They called and said that my insurance was not valid for my deep cleaning…. So I called my insurance company and they said I would be good in 14 days….. So I contacted Beautiful Smiles and they told me not to worry they will reach out to me in 14 days….insurance has been approved months ago and still haven’t received a call……This is the second time they have cancelled on me!
I set an appointment for a cleaning 6 months after my initial cleaning. The original appointment time was 2:30 I already took off of work for this appointment. They called the day before and said can i come at 12:30 . I showed up around 12:20 and she said the hygentist left because I was late . The hygienist was there and she offered me to speak with her I rejected. Nobody called to see if i was still coming even if they scheduled it at 12:00. Definitely don’t recommend if they don’t want to do their jobs .
Great office conveniently located. The staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. This is a GREAT place to go take care of your teeth. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people there were gentle and kind. The dentist Dr. Noel explained very well what was going. This was the Best dental care I've Experienced! I would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Noel and her staff are completely amazing. Dr. Noel is an amazing talented dentist she fixed my broken tooth that she had little to work with and made my smile beautiful again.
I recommend beautiful smiles to anyone!! I have such a fear against dentist from traumatizing childhood that it says “fearful” on my chart!! But when I’m here my dental hygienist is so gentle & talks to me to ease my nerves. The cleaning may take a little longer than normal but as I keep coming I’m more at ease, I love Dr. Noel she is such a sweetheart and makes sure I’m okay when she is checking me out
I am terrified of Dentist and had to make a appointment to see one. When walk into the place you are automatically put at ease there is a sense of peace and comfort They are Christian and I truly believe that's what make the difference.. Christian music is played , everyone is so friendly and like I said there is comfort and peace here The Dr is amazing as is all the staff Definitely my dentist from now on
Dr. Noel is simply one of the best dentists in the Middle Georgia area. She is kind, gentle, patient, and very understanding. My son had a scare at another dentist office and I didn't want him to develop a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Noel took the time to talk to him about his experience and calm his fears. I love that we don't have to spend all day at the dentist office. Everything you need to know is explained upfront. I'd recommend her and her staff to anyone.
I recommended Beautiful Smiles to anyone that is looking for a "AMAZING DENTIST AND FAMILY ORIENTED DENTISTRY GREETING YOU WITH A SMILE", with Mona ! Also, I am a person that has to have "gas" in order to receive my services. But, Brautiful Smiles makes me feel so comfortable without having to use any additional calmness. This is one of the best Dentist, I have ever received services that I enjoy coming to each time for my services!
