Cancelation Policy
Your appointments are very important and it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes
schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Also I do understand Emergency’s happen, I have a life to so please call or text even if it is 3 hours before hand although 12 hours is preferred.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 12 hour notice will result in a charge of $25.00.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged $35.00 My time is very important and I expect all my customers to understand.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. My policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and

CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we will call or text and confirm your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we
are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand; a second attempt will be made to reach you by call or text and if I do not get a response in a timely manner, you then forfeit your appointment time and your time slot will be given to the next in line.
CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS
I stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, if in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 12 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor $15.00 off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during
regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The $15.00 discount will not apply.
