Bebe Nail Spa

After having an absolutely horrible experience this afternoon at Angelic Nails in Oakville, I went to Bebe Nails to try to have my nails fixed. I had such a terrific experience here, the manicurist took his time with my nails, making sure I was comfortable, and fixed the shape, length, and colour of my nails. He charged me a great deal less than I expected, and was just a pleasure to deal with. I'll be making this spot my regular go-to salon for my bi-weekly manicures! 5 well-deserved stars!

I had an absolutely wonderful first experience here with Tim. I called in last minute for an evening appointment and was accommodated! He gave me exactly what I was looking for and quite easily I can say did the best job on my nails out of any salon I have been to - and I have been to a lot! The shape of my nails looks so symmetrical and precise, he took his time and clearly is very good at his job. The added feature of preparing tea for me made the experience that much better, so nice! Thanks so much!! I will be back!

Was told the nail polish is like shellac and will last 2 weeks. This lasted 2 DAYS. I asked for almond shape but was given round. Very disappointed

I’m giving 4 stars only because they did a really great job on my nails and i really liked the service and they have teas, coffees, and other drinks to offer when you walk in. They have few tv’s that actually plays movies not just ads or commercials which i really enjoyed. But the only little thing that bothered me was they were a little too slow than I usually experience at any other nail salon. But it’s not a bad thing because it means they’re taking their time to make sure your nails are nice. I would definitely come back.

I went to Bebe Nail Salon for the first day and had an amazing experience! I came in about 45 minutes after closing and they took me for a mani/pedi no problem. The salon was very nice and clean. The two ladies who did my nails were very sweet and I didn't feel like they were rushing me at all. The manicure/pedicure was great. What I really appreciated was at the end of my pedicure, she noticed that I had some marks on my toes from breaking in new shoes and she brought over polysporin and bandaids to put on them! It was such a nice gesture especially being a first time customer. I felt bad that I only had debit on me as you can only tip in cash but I will definitely be returning and giving a nice big tip next time!

Absolutely incredible customer service. I got my nails two days ago and yesterday a nail broke, so I called them to do a fix and they over looked all of my nails and ended up re-doing all of them to ensure that they wouldn’t break again. This is my first experience at this nail salon and I have to say the customer service was astonishing, I have never met any of the ladies there before but they treated me just like family.I had a wicked cough that wouldn’t go away and the owner actually came over and unwrapped a mint for me and gave it to me with a glass of water as well. Incredibly kind stuff and I am super appreciative of the service that was given to me today, would highly recommend them.

It was a wonderful experience. The nail salon was very clean and friendly. The manicurists were very friendly and they did a wonderful and excellent job on our nails. The prices are very reasonable and manicurists are very helpful. I would recommend using Bebe Nail Salon again.

They play movies and the lighting is relaxing! Also have free tea, coffee and candies!

Friendly staff. They take their time to ensure top quality. They make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving. Large flat screens playing current movies. Complimentary tea and coffee.

Excellent service and very, very clean. They also play movies for you to watch while you get your nails done. I've been going here for about 10 years. They don't accept credit cards and you have to tip in cash.
