We had been doing a pretty extensive search of split king mattresses and adjustable frames, and found something that was in our price range that we liked online that Becker happened to have also at their store had never been there before, and our initial intention was to go try out the online mattress to see if we liked it. The salesman was excellent and went through all of our options and explained that they would match the online price. Very appreciative of the time and thoroughness he displayed when helping us. We ended up purchasing a dream cloud mattress and the adjustable frames at the store rather than online.
Dan at the Burnsville Becker store was absolutely great to work with. He was pleasant, friendly and not pushy or overbearing. He allowed me the time and space I needed to try out different mattresses and then gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I highly recommend visiting Dan & Becker furniture if you are in need of a mattress.
Lisa and her manager was fantastic. They were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When it came down to purchasing, Lisa was very clear and made sure nothing was left out. I appreciate these two, I would tell people to come to this store because they made us comfortable and gave us much time to figure out what we wanted. Thanks much!

Our associate Lisa B. walked us right up to the perfect dresser. We had been tediously looking at a few other stores and finally found the one here. It's very well made and even lower in cost. Lisa was very friendly, easy to work with, and helpful. We definitely plan on coming back to her when we want to add more furniture to our home.
We have purchased from Becker Furniture world many times and have always been happy with our furniture and customer service. Spring of 2022 we wanted to replace our children's bedroom furniture and went back to Becker based on our past experiences. We picked a set that we special ordered in the color of our choice. When we got our furniture, we had a flaw on the dresser drawer that necessitated a repair and new drawer front. When the new drawer came it did not match the rest of the dresser stain color. Succinctly we determined that we needed a second night stand and when that came it was also not the correct color. So now we have a mismatched drawer and nightstand. We contacted customer service and have been working with them for well over 2 months trying to get this resolved with the vendor. They have now ceased to respond and follow up on next steps to make this right. I understand we special ordered a color, and there is no returns on special orders, but when the colors do not match I feel that Becker should be assisting us in making this right. It is unacceptable for us to have furniture that does not match and for them to claim there is nothing that will be done. Now we have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response and our emails are going unanswered. We will not purchase from Becker furniture again, they do not stand behind their product and do not seem to want to make this right for their customer.
Gary in the bedding department in the Burnsville store was very knowledgeable and helpful. His expertise made me trust him and want to do business with Becker furniture outlet versus other stores. His partner in the bedding department was also very knowledgeable and helpful. They make a great team.
Awful service. Nearly impossible to coordinate a time to pick up purchased furniture. Pickup times were limited. When we threatened to cancel the order a sales manager said pickup in Burnsville would be available. We coordinated a time. When I showed at that time the sofa was still in Becker. Good luck getting your purchased items....
We had a great experience at Becker Furniture in Burnsville. No high pressure tactics, just good information after listening to what we needed. Like the 12 month no interest financing option too. Our couch, ottoman and chair set will be a welcome addition to our home.
We bought a leather sofa back in July of 2022 from Becker at their Burnsville location. The high end sofa did not uphold its supposed quality. By 6 months in, it had already looked worn and leaning down on one side. After contacting customer service and talking with their floor manager, they took a look and decided to give us a full 100% credit to come pick out a new sofa! We were ecstatic!!! They even scheduled their delivery team to pick up the current sofa, while dropping off the new one at their cost! Thank you to the Becker furniture team for all your help and diligence getting this exchange done properly! Their sale right now is one you can't miss! We will definitely be back!
