Got my new boots again. Justin high energy fast, friendly, boom we are done. Thank you. Nice and easy, fastest store ever. Irish Setter wire lace boots rocks. water, grease, pressure washing, anything, no problem.
Have been searching for the right size & style for a few years.. staff was exceptional in helping and extremely patient. They even brought in their own boots from the car for reference to wear & colouring. 100% satisfied with my purchase & will be back the next time Im in Fontana for another pair!
Super awesome service here, it was my first time on their feet machine. It’s supposed to be very accurate and tell you what kind of shoes and insoles would be good for the way your feet are and how your feet hit the ground. I definitely recommend this place. Downside, they don’t have a wide variety of shoes.
I bought a pair of boots from the store and when I first went to lace them up the following day for the first time I noticed that one of the leather laces was torn. I contacted the store and they were not willing to replace the laces for me. I have never experience bad customer service from a red wing store. I highly recommend the store in Redlands is worth the drive those guys would replace my laces no questions asked. Fontana stores a disgrace to the red wing name. I don’t buy a $50 pair of diehards, I spend $330 on my boots and believe I deserve better service.

After being highly recommended, I bought some Zero G lites $180 that lasted all of three months, the sole wore down to where I could feel pebbles through it, refused to warranty so I told them to trash them. Replaced with Ariat boots $100 and I’m now 5 months in the sole still looks new, not buying redwing again. I would 1 star but The owner was nice enough to give me a free pair of new laces.
I think this is one of the smaller stores that Red Wings has But it does have better service is awesome here & they can find any shoe you are looking for in the surrounding areas stores & when they say they’ll call you when your shoe arrives they do call you not like the other stores
As a disclaimer, I come here to buy work boots subsidized by my employer. Even so, staff here is always attentive to the customers and will actually spend the time with you to find the perfect shoe/fit. If you're unsure of your size or are not in the system from a prior visit. They will place you on a mat that measures your feet to help find the perfect fit.
Hadn't been here in 26 years. I was impressed with the level of knowledge the team members had. She was able to detect what type of feet I have and how to keep me comfortable in the shoes. I had a great experience! Wish redwing was vet friendly though.: Taking nothing away from this great experience!!
