Great experience here! Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and willing to help. I had a new set of winter tires mounted and balanced. Even though I was a walk-in and they were quite busy, I was still taken care of very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!
I would recommend to everyone without hesitation. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. Nick listened to my concerns and is genuinely concerned about providing a high level of customer service. Russel the technician did an excellent job with replacing my tires and I was impressed with how quickly the work was done. My vehicle was respected and treated it was if it was their own. I’ve had another local shop over torque lug nuts causing damage to them and other components when attempting to remove and is very costly and inconvenient, but Discount Tires recognizes that every vehicle is unique and has specific lug nut torque requirements. This level of attention matters but surprisingly it’s not practiced universally by others; in the end a critical detail like this is what separates the average from the best.

I know what I'm getting with Discount Tire. Good tires at good rates. But I have to say that this particular location just blew me off one day when they were busy and didn't feel like doing the work. I had been to this shop several times and had been happy with the service, until I made an appointment to have the tires on my wife's car put on new rims. When I arrived for my appointment, the shop was super busy, and the tech who looked at the car said that the rims I bought were no good and would have slow leaks. He never opened the back and actually inspected the rims, just looked through the window. Because of his comments, I decided to get a second opinion at a different Discount Tire. That shop said the rims were in great shape and swapped the tires for me. The wheels have been holding air just fine for over a year now without issue. I'll be looking for a new tire shop. Maybe another location but certainly not here.
I have not purchased tires from Discount Tire but will for sure going forward. Got a large nail/screw in one of my tires purchased elsewhere. Called Discount Tire to see if I could get in and how much it would cost to fix. They got me in right away and got the issue fix for me. No charge. I didn't have to replace my tires very glad about this since these are fairly new tires. The person who helped me didn't try to sell me anything. It was an absolutely pleasant experience. I like doing business with honest companies. Highly recommend Discount Tire in Apple Valley to everyone!
Great guys and gals!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Things went smoothly on a very busy day for them read: another large snow storm coming. Will definitely be back. Appreciated up front pricing. Most honest and trustworthy of the 3 places we checked pricing.
I would have given 10 STARS if I could !! Every single employee I interacted with gave excellent service! I pre- ordered my tires online which was super convenient and helpful. I was able to select an appointment time that fit my schedule. I planned for at least an hour wait in the lounge so brought work to do. I pulled into the parking lot 10 min early for my appointment - I was going to wait in my truck , but the service advisor meet me at my door just minutes later!! She was super friendly and greeted me by name. She proceeded to pull my truck in the shop and I went to the lounge. The lounge had a glass wall so you can see into the shop. 3 service technicians all started on my tire replacement right when the advisor parked my truck. 12 minutes later I was greeted by a technician with my keys and a smile - it was DONE !! 5/5 or 10/10 would recommend!!
Will never take my car anywhere else when it comes to anything tires. Had new tires put on my Subaru and the process is so smooth and easy. Then had a flat tire on our older Nissan and they were so helpful walking through all my options. The BEST!
Huge shout out to Zachary H. He really came through with giving me 2 new tires at a great discount so I can travel and visit my parents. I really appreciate you and all of your workers. Thank you so much! It really gave me a happy moment in this holiday season!
