At the Badcock South Boston VA location; Salesperson Lesley worked with me for the best purchase experience. The Delivery team Brandon and TJ was over top for professional service!! The truck was backed about a half mile up my driveway to avoid the wet lawn and not get stuck. The cargo was securely tied down to avoid any damage. They were experienced on safely handling of the merchandise off the truck. The men were polite and friendly and accommodating. The Best!! Thanks team!! Walt
Sales was great. Delivery has been horrible. We were supposed to get our couch today. At 12 no one had called us. We called them… they said 1, called them again at 2… they said it was on the way…. Called them around 4 and they said the people just left with it and that they would be to our house before the store closes at 6…. Well the store is closed… and it isn’t 6….they aren’t here, we aren’t going to have a couch in our new house to have family over for Easter tomorrow. Horrible experience. We have to furnish the new house and won’t be using this store!
My Wife and I had an awesome experience with Saleslady Kay. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and very professional service. We received our Leather Den Set and the Delivery men were absolutely on point as well. We are very satisfied 100%.

Service was definitely professional and deliver was perfect. The workers was nice and polite. I wouldn't mind purchasing more merchandise, not only for the excellent customer service,but for the very nice furniture as well.
My experience has not been pleasant. Every time I call the store to ask about items I purchased being in after almost a week, the lady answering the phone is always extremely rude. One time, she even “huffed” before speaking into the phone like she didn’t want to be answering calls from anyone. I was told when I ordered that “it normally doesn’t take that long” but it has been a week since I ordered. Then the lady stated Very rudely that “those are still not in yet - we have no control over when those things come in.” It’s hard for me to understand how you order something from a store but the ones that work there have no way to even track the items being ordered.
I did not catch the two very nice ladies names but, I stopped by there today in search of a king size bedroom suite and came out 100% satisfied and a bedroom suite purchased. Although I have to wait about a month or so for this order back order the bedroom suite I picked out is beautiful. Will be coming back for future purchases: Shout out to the two lady in house that was very helpful and professionals. Way to go ladies !
Very nice store but the staff is not very friendly or very helpful. I was looking for a twin mattress set and I was taken to a monitor and the sales lady walks off. She came back a few minutes later and I asked to see the set that was on the screen. She seemed more concerned with having to pull back the spread than she was showing me the mattress. After I purchased the set they said they would call when it came in. Didn’t happen. I called twice. When I picked up the set, the man at the loading dock told me to sign the paperwork, handed me my copy and walked off. After I waited a few minutes, I loaded it myself. He never did come back.
