We always get our groceries delivered from this location. Most of the time they have the items we want in stock, but on occasion an item will show in stock online but its actually not available. If we happen not to get delivery; then we will choose pickup. Orders are typically ready ahead of time. Customer service is courteous, friendly, and efficient. It really saves us time to complete our orders via curbside pickup or delivery.

Love the item and selection but Management needs some work. This was for a response for the women's bathroom where the toilet seat wasn't being repaired. I almost fell off in the floor being disabled with physical limits. The toilet seat was super loose and darn if they fixed it 2 days later. When I said I wanted management they Sent a young guy that had to listen to the issues and apologize but the guy behind him was over him listening was totally cold. No responses apologizing or any kind of empathy from him. He obviously didn't care about the situation at all, he only stood there over the employee which was intimidating to me, much less the employee.

Great store, but what makes it even better are the trustworthy people working there. I left $4 and change on a register and made it all the way home. Went back and an assoiciate wish I remembered her name. I had set it aside for me.

I stopped in for a few things. They had everything I needed and then some as always lol. The only thing I'll knock them about is check out. A lot of employees standing around playing with their phones when they could have had some checkout lines open. But you get that in every store.

17Oct2021 Great customer service! Alert there seems to be less product on the shelves throughout the store; more so in some departments than others. Was not able to find all what I was looking for. Hate this COVID MESS

South Boston store was real helpful .the roxboro store I don't shop in .because a manager Randal .traped me in a room and told me to sign a peace a paper .with a black guy was standing front of door in side the room . so I could not open door .south Boston store was very helpful .

Cashier was friendly but only one. Garden Center was closed and had to park up front and walk further. Luckily I do groceries at Lowes Grocery closer to home and Neighborhood Walmart for a few things. Needed a new microwave today.

No help in the aisles. Next, no items on the shelves. Next, 28 cash registers 2 open. Next, you have to put your grocery in the cart, on the counter, ring it up, bag it, put it back in the cart, then stop at the lady at the front to check your receipt so she can try to figure out have you stolen anything. Her and may 6 cashiers 2 at the self, 2 at the long self check out and two cash registers open. I come out doing enough work to get a paycheck from them. Walmart is SORRY!

The early morning staff at this location is fantastic. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Jasmine went above and beyond to help the lady in front of me that left a bag, and then she helped me out of a tricky situation! And she did it with charm and grace. Great job, thank you.
