Rental, Sales and Service of Quality Tools and Equipment
Locally owned and operated since it was founded in the 1950s, Bee Gee Rental & Sales was primarily as a tool rental store when it first opened. The rental concept was still in its infancy at that time, and many rental stores were junkyards that found a use for salvaged tools. Bee Gee Rental and Sales was originated as a service business that focused on the rental of equipment. Ownership changed in 1977 when the business was purchased by a ten-year employee and continues to be family-owned and operated with hands-on management and customer service.
With the change of ownership came a new emphasis of pride… Pride in providing the best quality, best-maintained equipment that Bee Gee Rental & Sales could provide. Finding that there existed a market for quality equipment for sale as well as for rent, all rental products were made available for sale, both new and used and are backed by our parts and service department. Year after year, new types of rental equipment have been added, and with the sale of every used tool comes a newer, more technically advanced replacement tool. The result is modern and productive selection of tools to ensure that you get your jobs done quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Feeling confident that we had the knowledge to recognize quality and support it with parts and service, we added several retail product lines. The first was Stihl chain saws, cutoff saws and trimmers. In 1983 Snapper mowers were added to our product line up. In 2001, we welcomed two new product lines: Exmark commercial mowers and Simplicity tractors and equipment. Along with the Simplicity tractors, came the addition of th Derby series of commercial of commercial zero-turn radius mowers. They are manufactured by Ferris Industries, which is a Simplicity-owned company.
With these products came the need to provide support and service for the many engine brands used on this equipment. We are able to provide authorized warranty parts and service for all of these products and their power sources.
We sell and service Stihl, Simplicity, Snapper, Snapper Pro, Exmark, Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, Honda engines, Mi-T-M, Koshin and Tsurumi, Bil-Jax and more.
