Beef 'O' Brady's

After reading some reviews of slow and indifferent service, we were pleasantly surprised. Food and service was great! Waitress was so friendly and attentive, a marvelous job...We’ll be back for sure, the kids loved it too. Next visit: Went back a month later and completely different. Only one waiter for whole place, slow service. Almost all food for the four of us undercooked. Sent back two meals for recooking. Still not great. Manager took off half of bill after our complaints. Will try again in a month or so.

Normally we have a good experience but today was not that day. I understand it's busy on Mother's Day so we somewhat expected a wait. There were several clean tables available and nobody was waiting in front of us. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes to be seated which wasn't that bad. We quickly placed our order, 1 hour and 17 minutes later the food arrived. There were still empty tables around so I know they were not at full captivity. My burger was over cooked and came out cold. I'm also glad I only ordered water because the waitress never came back for my refill. They were obviously understaffed or not prepared.

Stay away. Stood for a good bit waiting to be seated,was not crowded.All the empty tables still had dishes and trash on them. Had to stand next to our table and wait for someone to "clean" it. Food took a good bit to arrive. Food was awful! Tasted like it been sitting under a hot box all day or microwaved.My child's "burger" was dry and crunchy the cheese looked like plastic,his broccoli was over boiled mush,my chicken wings parts where tough like jerky,the slaw was gross like wet cabbage.Honestly the fries were the most edible part of our meal,we didn't even want to finish eating.What made it worse was the cost for all the food we just barely ate! ridiculous! Awful! The whole time we sat there and ate the table behind was never even cleaned off. Dirty, staff just sitting around like they didn't even want to be there,the feeling were mutual! Will not return EVER

Absolutely phenomenal service and food quality. Stopped in this past Monday, 4/15/19. Any negative reviews had to have been left by spiteful former employees or past romantic partners, because this place had, hands down, one of the best Philly sandwiches coupled with one of the coolest environments I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. 10/10, will definitely be dragging people there any time I'm in the area. =

Never been to this place before but it was pretty solid. Friendly staff - which seems to be the norm around here regardless of the restaurant - and reasonably priced food. I did come here expecting a focus on Beef but it’s similar menus to any other sports bar/restaurant. There’s seating outside as well. It’s a touch small but there’s enough spacing between the tables to not make you feel claustrophobic. Food was pretty great as well.

Worst BoB around. Had to wait several minutes for a host to come seat us. Nobody even noticed we were standing up there. Finally got seated and ordered chicken wings. It was the special that night. It literally took over 30 min to get chicken wings. And it was the special! There were only a handful of people in there too. No reason to be that slow. This isn’t the first time the service has been horrible hit never again. Good luck staying open.

I ordered the surf and turf entree. The salad was crisp and fresh. The steak was cooked exactly as I asked. The food was delicious. The waitress was polite, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Great experience!

Will never go back. Our food was not fixed right. Daughter ordered the shrimp rice bowl with no mushrooms and added chicken to it. Well she didn't get the chicken and it was loaded with mushrooms. They did bring her the chicken. I order the steak and grilled shrimp. Shrimp was good but the itty bitty piece of steak I got couldn't eat was to chewy! The waitress was really sweet was not her fault. Was middle of the week wasn't many people in their. Don't care to eat their any more!

Typically, they have a host or hostess to seat the guests, but this time we were told to seat ourselves. No big deal. We sit down and a few moments later, the host instead of gently sitting the menus down on the table like a normal person just decides to slap them down without even making eye contact with us. That was extremely rude. The only saving grace this place had was our waitress.

My daughter and I visited about two weeks ago on a Friday evening. We were seated almost immediately near the door which was freezing next to a table with out-of-control screaming kids, but that isn't the restaurant's fault. When the fried cheese appetizer arrived, we were very hopeful because it was excellent. Then we waited 45 minutes for our food. My steak and shrimp arrived barely lukewarm, shrimp tasted undercooked, the steak I am 100% certain was rancid because it TASTED like bad body odor smells. My daughter ordered steak tacos, received chicken, all of it was cold. I mean refrigerator cold. The manager came over, didn't charge us for our meal we didn't eat any of our meal and went to McDonald's after, but the manager did deny any of it was cold. Well, apparently your servers aren't running food as often as they should.
