Front end manager Zak was amazing. Lots of people but got our order in and out in record time. Burger was fantastic as were the taco’s my wife got. He mixed up some Spicy Mayo for the fries which was also excellent. I’d for sure come back if I’m BOS again. No pic of my burger as I was hungry and wolfed it down before thinking about it.
Overall, this place was okay. The food was relatively okay. It was hot & fresh. The location itself is extremely small & really makes for uncomfortable eating. Nothing special here, but nothing to, too bad either.Food: 3/5
This place was packed to the gills and the service was slow. Not really sure I got the correct beer I ordered be the waiter was not sure either.Food: 4/5
This is located in Terminal C, which is largely the JetBlue terminal. I chose here because I love beer. In the past, I have not been able to find a seat at the bar, today there was an opening. Outlets are available distributed along the bar, but not at every seat. The tacos were amazing, got chicken, shrimp, and pork made them aware of dairy allergy and were more than accomodating! The meat was so filled in the tacos I needed the fork for the cleanup. The bartender, receipt said Brigette F, was amazing! Very attentive and always moving at the busy spot, not worried avout catching a flight. Tacos were out within 20 mins. The reason I give this a 4 and not a 5/5 is because a business that has a sign where the largest font words on it are "Boston" and "Beer Works" I expected to have lots of beer options, especially local Boston ones. Menu was very limited, only about 5 beers on tap and the only local beer was the widely distributed Sam Adams Seasonal. Food menu was also limited. Drink and food prices were steep expected for an airport, especially in Boston, but for beer, not much better off than what was available in the back of the Market directly across. Dietary restrictions: I have a Dairy Allergy, bartender was very aware and food came back no problem first try
Bartender “Bobby” was quick. We weren’t in a rush which is unusual in an airport but we arrived very early. Loved his accent! The “veggie” quesadilla was delicious 5 star. Burger was a 3.5 star. Margaritas were good. Thank you.
Menu is fairly limited, but the turkey burger and fries were both good. Enjoyed a no Allagash White.
I hadn't been to Logan Airport in many years and found this place on a lenghty layover. The grilled chicken sandwich / fries were great as was the Jack Abby's House Lager. Service was prompt. Busy but found a spot at the bar. The bartender "Donald" was very engaging with the customers.
Way too expensive and took way too long . After my food was done they wouldn't give it to me right away and it got cold while waiting for them. Definitely do not recommend go to any one of the other burger joints hereFood: 1/5
Burgers and tacos were great. Way surpassed my expectations for airport food.Food: 5/5
Customer Service was the two Ps: Prompt & Polite! Their chicken Ceasar was absolutely yummy it hit the spot, after a semi hectic day of work and travel!
