Super easy to get to when you’ve landed really late. Walk directly to the hotel. Despite to the closeness to the airport, we never heard a single plane or hint of traffic. Amazing peace and a restful nights sleep after traveling. Staff was attentive and super friendly. Special thanks to the Bell captain staff who held our bags while we walked the city. They even showed us how to give the Uber driver a better location to find the hotel front door without delaying the driver or us. The bed was so comfortable we actually slept in for the first time in a long time. Nice stay and a very fair price….
This hotel exceeded my expectations in every respect. Came here to be close to the airport for an early flight. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bar/restaurant was full service and very well managed. The shuttle to the airport ran every 15 minutes. All in all a good experience.
I've stayed here a few times after flying in late-night into Boston. The hotel is the definition of reliable! The direct access to the airport is extremely convenient after a day of flying. Rooms are very updated and clean, and I have ordered from the on-site restaurant once as well. Solid burger that was ready 10 minutes after I ordered it. This is the perfect hotel for a place to crash after a long day of flying!
Great hotel with super friendly staff. The hotel is well kept and the room I stayed in was very clean and we'll maintained which is impressive for such a busy place. Restaurant and bar are also lively and has very good food and friendly staff. The walk way to the terminals is also a very nice touch and extremely convenient.
Hey so there are TWO LOGAN HILTON HOTELS!! We didn't realize that and went to the wrong one after already parking the car. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they got us the shuttle to take us to the other. I'm sure we weren't the first people to make that mistake nor will we be the last. If this review helps you from making the same error it'll be worth it. That all being said, it was a nice hotel with all the amenities and a nice restaurant.
Room seems fine but staff is rude. You also can't get food delivery and the wait for room service or getting into their restaurant are both two hours which I've never experienced at a hotel before. Some other reviews mentioned similar waits for food so I don't think we hit bad luck, probably just poorly run and planned for. *updated to reflect that eventually the wait died down and was told it 'happens every night' so just don't plan to eat before 8:30pm. Also room was fine except you could hear some people getting ready for early flights around 6am, not the quietest hotel but not nearly the worst.
Although the location was extremely convenient for us we weren't thrilled with the condition of the room. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. It looked as if was untouched for quite some time. We did the digital key and got into our room at almost one in the morning after walking over from our terminal. We were so tired we didn't want the hassle of having to change rooms so we just stayed there. It was frustrating to arrive to find that after a long day of traveling. The bed was comfy so we slept well but overall it was just an OK hotel. The next morning we noticed dripping goo on the wall as well. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk at check out the next morning they simply said they would let someone know. We weren't looking for anything but it would have been nice to feel a little sincerity or concern from the staff.
Worst hotel stay ever. Maybe I had high expectations because this was a 4-star hotel where the rooms had recently been remodeled and the charge was $800 a night. The visit started off poorly with the digital room key not working. After an 8 hour flight from London that landed at 9pm EST 2am GMT, my family wanted to go straight to the room and settle down. The digital key didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs and wait in line to get a key card. Room service was quick, which was obvious when the pizza came with all the toppings just thrown on haphazardly. Of course the cheese just slid right off. The best part was the poor plumbing and insulation. The person next door took a shower at 4am, which became my new wake-up time since it was really loud. When they turned off the shower, the pipes made a loud banging sound. Nothing like getting your good night’s rest ruined! The hotel did a half effort of the room remodel, with the original dated floor tile remaining the same. The hotel did offer a paltry 15k in points for my poor experience. I don’t see myself returning here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else staying here if you intend to get a good nights rest. After all, that’s the main reason for staying at a hotel…
I spent the night here because my flight the next day was so early and I had enough Hilton Honors points to stay for free. I hadn't realized, however, that this Hilton doesn't serve breakfast! If you're going to travel masked for hours, you definitely need to eat before boarding your flight--at least, that's how I'm still navigating COVID. You therefore need to buy breakfast in the lobby at night and store it in your fridge, which they do provide. Dinner was fine, and this Hilton does have room service. For those who are comfortable doing so, you can eat at the restaurants in the lobby. The best part: there's a covered walkway directly to Terminal A! Absolutely worth navigating the other aspects of this Hilton!
The location of the hotel is very convenient. I checked in to my room and first impressions was that it was very nice looking but looks can trick you sometimes.. Ac didn’t work I called the front desk for someone to come take a look at it, they came and said they fixed it but it wasn’t working still, I decided to leave it be since I was leaving the hotel at 4am to get my flight. So besides the problem with the ac almost at all night from 11:30-02:00 all I heard was yelling up and down the hallway, I called to ask them to check out what’s going on. No one ever came to see what’s going on. The amount of money I paid for this hotel and got this experience is honestly terrible.
