I bought a bathing suit from Beklina after a dear friend with a very different body but similar tastes and expectations posted a pic of herself wearing it. She assured me I would be pleased, the no return policy made me very nervous, so I messaged the store, they assured me I would be pleased. Well, I was very pleased. This is only the second time in my life literally that I have purchased a swimsuit that looks and feels great. After a few wears one of the seams gave up the ghost. I was devastated and reached out to the store. I received a response but MISSED it and sent a second email that wasn't very nice. Five minutes later, I found their response. Whoops. Sent an apology message immediately. The ladies at Beklina were more than kind and very forgiving of my BIG MOUTH. My mom was a seamstress and even she had off days, this was definitely an anomaly. Tiffany set me up with a replacement and it is on the way as I write this. I'm old, in the schematic of their target clientele, and I love their products. I wish they would broaden their marketing to women like me, who are interested in handmade, quality items that are sourced responsibly and are gorgeous works of art. When it's time to buy a new piece for my wardrobe I'll be visiting Beklina for sure. Love you ladies <3
UNACCEPTABLE & POTENTIALLY UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! Unfortunately, there appears to be an ongoing pattern of consumer reviews specific to Beklina's substandard customer service and re-selling previously used / returned merchandise exclusive of consumers knowledge and consent. Like many Beklina customers, I too was victim to receipt of an item that appeared defective, worn, and returned. Sadly, Beklina refused to take ownership for this problematic transaction. Thus, I promptly notified my banking institution and initiated a claim / chargeback action due to receipt of a damaged and/or previously used garment. Customers can also submit a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission who will hold a merchant liable with costly penalties if found guilt of engaging in unscrupulous business practices. BEWARE - HIGH RISK MERCHANT!
I recently purchased a beautiful Paloma Wool dress via Garmentory from Beklina. I received the dress in 2 days time and absolutely adore it. Aside from the quick shipping, I reached out to the boutique directly to thank them and Angelina was so kind in her response back to me. Love Beklina! I've been shopping here for at least 7 years! I still have and love pieces I've purchased from the beginning. Excellent customer service from Angelina, not one complaint. I live in Australia and find the styles/designers curated by Angelina impossible to find here. Shipping is fairly priced and fast. I always look forward to new collections and so enjoy the blog!
I've been buying from Beklina for 5.5 years, Angelina always surprises me with new and interesting designers, prints, cuts, just fun to follow her website. Everything is unique - The quality of fabrics, the prints, the jewellery is so delightful….. Like taking a tour in an art museum, but art you can wear, comfortably! Thanks for my new earrings :
I love this shop. I ordered a pair of clogs I had been eyeing for a while. I was concerned because the models on their site are quite skinny, and the shoes look snug on them, and I'm a plus size lady with a high instep. I contacted them via Instagram, and they kindly suggested I order a half size up. The clogs are perfection. They arrived so quickly, with a super sweet handwritten thank you note and very well packaged. They are my favorite shoes right now. The quality is absolutely outstanding, and the leather is soft and supple. Comfort right out of the box without sacrificing beauty. I ordered a second pair right away. They are my new addiction.

I truly love everything I buy at Beklina. I live in Seattle so my shopping has been done via their website. If I have any questions about a product they are promptly answered via email. I genuinely have experienced great customer service.
Lovely wares, sold by lovely people. Their house label cashmere socks are some affordable luxury for your feet, because you’re worth it, dahling. The customer service rocks. I ditzed out, mistyped my numerical address and my order might have been lost forevermore. Angelina contacted me and made it right. Thank you!!! You have gained a loyal customer.
I purchased a pair of shoes via the Garmentory website; the price dropped $70 within 2 days of purchase and the store refused to do a price adjustment -claiming the price drop was due to a "flash sale". I've actually never had a store refuse a price drop within such a short time frame. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I will choose not to do any business with this store in the future.
