Remember those days of visiting the mall and the feeling of anticipation of shopping? The deals, people you would see, the stores... Beldon is one of those trips we look forward to when we seek out a mall experience. A few stores and deals anytime of year or occasion. Clean, friendly and has been pretty safe. Has a food court too.

Thanks for that worthless Sensory/Soothing Santa bs today. The whole point of these is for people to keep their appointments and move along quickly so the kids don't start misbehaving or having meltdowns. But nope - everyone just taking their sweet time while kids are melting down everywhere. Thanks for nothing - we weren't able to get any pictures of the kids with Santa and we weren't the only ones who had to leave because of the incompetence. Last time we ever try to come to this garbage event. I recommend folks go elsewhere if you can.

I am giving a review of 3 stars for this issue as It wasn't directly the malls fault but the kiosk within it.  My girlfriend and I went to the Belden Village Mall and were pulled by a kiosk salesman named Niv. He showcased his beauty products such as the flat iron and ceramic brush.  He then used them on my girlfriends hair and she loved it.  Well needless to say we bought the kit he suggested for a hefty price of $319.50 and as we were walking away from the kiosk he told us there are no refunds. This concerned me as I didn't know that prior to purchasing and would have impacted my decision to make the sale.  We went home and decided to look up the company in which he was affiliated with called "Straight Ahead Beauty". There were plenty of reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well as other sites claiming that they scam their customers in a tactic called the "bait and switch" where they use a different item then the one they sell to their customers to appear as a higher quality item.  Knowing that information we decided we are not comfortable with their products and I called Niv the very next day and let him know that we would like a refund, to which he told me that he can not do that and claims he told us prior to the sale which is untrue. I then told him that I will be calling the mall as well as making a dispute with my bank to which he replied that I will not win as he has security cameras.  Another thing worth noting is none of the products were sealed in new packing aside from the Moroccan Hair Serum and salon comb which are still sealed. Some of the products had signs of use prior to us even testing it which was another thing that made us feel discomfort.  Lastly the quality of the products feel very cheap for the price we paid.

I hate this mall always packed with people who get right in your way. everything is overpriced. The only thing I can say good about it is that it's very clean and it's one of the last malls around the area

Atmosphere has a very nice vibe with friendly staff. Food is excellent with many Thai dishes that have kept us coming back. My family loves this fine restaurant.

Was pleasantly surprised at the variety of stores still at the mall.  I hadn't been there in a long time.  It was clean and the sales people at the stores were friendly.  I would recommend going there on cold days to look around and who knows, you might just find that deal you were looking for or didn't know you needed.

One stop shop for Christmas almost. Same with school clothes for kids. If you have been shopping in the mall all day or near and you are hungry there is a nice selection of food. Pizza, japanese, Chinese, cookies, philly cheese steaks, smoothies, orange Julius, amount others.

I've been to the mall multiple times and have never had a problem. All of the shops and stores are great, with a wide variety of food, this mall is the ideal image of a mall.

With malls becoming a thing of the past nice to know that Belden Village is still there. Took my grandchildren there and we all had a very nice day. I'm old-fashioned and I like having choices and everything being Under One Roof

Why go to 1 store when you can go to them-all Get it? Well anyway, clean and well put together. Safe place to shop.
