I used to shop at Pandora all the time. And Brett came over to ask if we needed anything, I had said yes and I was interested in the moon and sun set for my self as well as a ring for my mother in law. She stares at my fingers and it made me very uncomfortable. She then stated that it only went up to soze nine, which only made me feel more uncomfortable in my skin. As it didn’t fit she then very rudely asked my MIL if she still wanted her finger sized. Pandora you just lost two customers, j will never shop here again.
Really rude clerks! I purchased an over-priced bangle and changed my mind. I went in to the store early on a weekday and there were like 3 other customers in the store. They told me 1 person was first, even though I was in line first. Then, waited on a second. They were going to wait on a third until I stepped up and said I have a return. The woman who processed the return threw the receipt on the counter and a second woman snapped at me.Very rude. I can imagine how rude they are if they are actually busy. Will not purchase costume jewelry from Pandora again!
I came in to purchase multiple items. The store is small and a extremely rude woman hovered over the counter for at least a hour and would not move. I left the store and went back and as soon as I came to the counter to purchase my multiple items here came the same woman and got a worker who pushed me out of the way. These workers are rude. I will never go there again and did not get to buy my items because the workers were too busy catering to a rude customer .
Ordered a ring for my wife for Mother’s Day. Selected “pick up in store” Canton store had it in stock so I thought this is perfect, since my schedule is filled with kids soccer games all weekend. To be able to run in, grab and go is a perfect scenario. I went in to pick it up after being emailed it was ready, but to my surprise the “free” bracket that they were giving away was the only thing I could walk away with today. The ring that was in stock and a associate showed it to me, was there but for some reason Pandora decided that they wanted to ship it instead, which I will not get until Wednesday. I called Pandora to ask about this and see if there is something they can do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store since it’s there right size and all The rep told me she cannot stop the order or cancel, and I would have to wait until I receive it to return it. I ask to speak to a decision maker and she was kind enough to tell me she was going to put me through to someone who could help me 75 minutes on the phone and I never heard from anyone else. This isn’t a first time purchase with them, I was literally in the store 2 days ago and spent over $200 for my daughter birthday gift. But after this and the poor customer service, I may never buy from Pandora again!
Terrible customer service. Went in to ask a simple question about a ring I had bought a few years back and got immediate attitude and rude responses from the worker. I love my ring- my mother and two sisters all bought the same one and I cherish it. One of my diamonds fell out and it broke my heart because the ring is retired. I knew that the warranty only lasted 1 year but I wanted to inquire about paying for it to get it fixed and the girl was terribly rude to me. She didn't listen to my question, interrupted me, and had zero consideration for myself or my sister that was with me at the time. I understand working in customer service. I understand being tired after a long days workas it was 8:30 pm. But I happen to have worked a 10 hour day myself, drove and hour and a half to canton for a work dinner, and just stopped in while finally heading home for the day to ask a simple question and was greeted with such an annoyed, rude, and genuinely unhelpful worker that I will never purchase from this store again. If you can't treat people with respect and consideration then you should not work in an environment that demands such from you. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Literally there to inquire about PAYING to fix my ring, not yelling, arguing, or expecting to get anything done for free. I understood going into it that there may not be a way to fix my ring, but this girl was absolutely out of line and very unprofessional. This worker will lose you a lot of customers. Thoroughly disappointed to be treated so poorly from a store I've spent so much money at.
I’ve always had great service from the associates at this store. If the store is running a special free bracelet with purchase, etc.; you may be asked to wait in line. It may take a while; but when it’s your turn they spend as much time with you as you need. Products are great.
Our experience at this store, at this location, was abysmal. In fact, this store isn't even worthy of a single star- that's how grotesque the store and staff was. We entered the store hoping to browse the selections of jewelry, and yet we were neglected from any help and/or advisement; the staff was copious in number, however not a single staff member greeted us and left us bewilderd. For example, it took four employees to aid and assistant one person; you can find livelyer help in a graveyard. Are they specifically trained to treat their customers this way? Very rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend this store.
Good selection and the they are quick. I feel like the service could be more helpful as far as suggestions and offering deals up front rather than at their registers.
I went into the store today. Josie , the manager, cleaned my oxidized black pandora bracelet with the store cleaner. It took off the oxidization. Since it is retired she couldn’t replace it. She gave me a much more expensive bracelet. Thanks Josie for making it right!
The customer service was great! I got what I wanted. My mom and grandmother will be so happy. They are receiving their First Bracelet and charm!
