I had such a great experience at this office!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! So happy that I found this dentist! I highly recommend seeing Dr.Belen to anyone needing a dentist! She put me at ease, and explained everything she was doing during the appointment. And made some great suggestions to make my life easier.

My husband is the Patient. He is pleased with his treatment.. I accompany him. The office is spotless and beautiful. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

This office rocks! I used to have dental anxiety and dreaded to come to dentist if I don't have to. Thank God, people here are very patient, helpful and very accommodating from start to finish. Dr. Belen is very thorough but so down to earth and I like it. I never felt the kind of trust I have with them with my previous dentist. For that, I know I am in good hands because they treated me here as family since day one.

Everything about this office is great! From the second you walk in the door with the receptionist to the dental hygienists, assistants, and of course Dr. Belen herself each person makes you feel welcome and like a friend. The office is great with children allowing them to be relaxed while they get their cleaning and any fillings needed. What I truly love is the more holistic approach to tooth care and the level of honesty for each patient.

The office was beautiful and clean, they gave me a tour of the office. I felt very welcome, the staff was very friendly. Brooke the hygienist was very gentle and she cleaned my teeth and checked my gums , she also took impressions for my whitening trays.

My experience with Dr. Belen and her staff has always been positive. I find them all wonderful and willing to help. Dr. Belen has identified problems with my teeth that told me she knew what she was doing. She uses the latest technology, does quality work, and does not take shortcuts with her work. I read some of the reviews that admonished her for the cost of dentistry. Good dentistry and dental technology cost money, and thank god we've advanced from the poor dentistry practices of years ago. I also know that Dr Belen donates free dentistry periodically to those who cannot afford it. Your teeth and gums affect your overall health, and I'm happy that Dr. Belen takes care of my dental needs.

As a long-time patient, I highly recommend Dr. Belen to anyone seeking professional, caring dental care. She and her staff make every visit a pleasant experience. Plus there is a sense of compassion expressed with the office's annual Dentistry From the Heart. Big wins for patients and the community!

I called their office for an emergency. The receptionist told me that they're busy that day but she will do her best to squeeze my daughter in the soonest. She asked me to wait for a minute so she could check if they can see my daughter that same day. She came back and told me to come in as soon as I hang up the phone so doctor can see my daughter that day. It was a relief and to my surprised, everybody was awesome! From the person who took my call, to the assistant and Dr. Belen itself, thank you! It was a nice experience and an opportunity for my whole family to be a patients there too!

I really love Belen Dental. They are nice and professional and very helpful. Typically my appointments go fast and they are right on time. I also think that they strive to be more than a dental office but actually help out the Utica community with their "free dental procedure" days and other events and specials that they run. They recognize that dental health is expensive and try their best to accommodate people. I always leave with a sparkly smile :
